Family Judge: No DNA from Dannielynn

76. I don't see how Florida would have the jurisdiction to order the DNA tests. I think the judge made the right decision.

77. It has to be that Opri has already found out Larry is the father and
now has to focus on fighting that evil mom in Bahamas. It has to be
that Larry knew he could get some type of DNA from the baby if he
could just visit her. When she threw up on him that was the best
thing ever, talk about your DNA, PLENTY OF IT, IM SURE!

80. I agree with No. 20. Maybe Howard Stern's wealthy parents are paying off these inept judges. Also, if Anna died of pneumonia, should those closest to her be sued for wrosngful death. We've all heard she had been sick for some time. She refused to go to a hospital.Howard should have called for an ambulence to take her to a mental hospital for being a danger to herself for refusing to go to a hospital of her own accord.So that would be a lawsuit against Howard, Moe and his wife.

84. EVERYONE SHOULD LET UP ON HOWARD STERN. THE CALIFORNIA ORDER WAS NOT DIRECTED TO HIM. IT WAS DIRECTED TO ANS. I BELIEVE THAT HOWARD HAS TRIED TO CARRY OUT ANNA'S WISHES BUT AT THE SAME TIME HE AND LARRY ARE FINDING SOME COMMON GROUND.

IF HOWARD HAD NOT BEEN AROUND ANNA WOULD HAVE HAD NO MONEY TO LEECH. HE WAS HER ATTORNEY AND HE WAS HER MANAGER. THAT WAS HIS JOB. HE LAW SUIT AGAINST THE MARCHALL ESTATE WOULD NOT HAVE GONE AS FAR AS IT HAS WITHOUT HIS EFFORTS.

HUSBANDS AND WIVES AND DOMESTIC PARTNERS ROUTINELY LIVE FROM ONE BANK ACCOUNT. GIVE THIS MAN A CHANCE. EVERYONE ON ALL SIDES TESTIFIED IN COURT THAT HE LOVED ANNA. GIVE HIM TIME TO GIVE ANS A DECENT BURIAL AND THEN I BELIEVE HE WILL BE FORTHCOMING WITH ANYTHING ELSE THAT SHOULD BE ACQUIRED.

HE IS NAMED EXECUTOR OF THE WILL. HE HANDLED ANS BUSINESS IN LIFE AND IT WAS OBVIOUSLY HER WISH THAT HE CONTINUE TO DO SO IN DEATH.

LARRY AND HOWARD CAN WORK THIS OUT MOST LIKEL WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM THE COURTS.

87. 48. For the record, they don't even need Anna's dna to prove paternity. To PROVE paternity all they need is the baby's dna and the father's dna. It makes it more legit to have the mother's, too, but it's not required.

if the DNA test showed larry was not the father it could be because the baby or her DNA was swapped thus they need ANS DNA to prove it was her kid that larry is being tested against

88. Larry Burkhead is a pep squeak. He is not derserving of this kid or any kid for that matter. He will be courting women and the baby will have to grow up being exposed to a weird guy. He is alot like the mother fake. He does not care about Anna at all if he did he would have been at the hearing today in FL deciding about the burial. He could care less. He is like the mother he is about money and fame. He was behind the scenes and got a brief fun time with Anna if that. And he wants all the glory. Anna was with she wanted to be with and her life was the bahammas!!!!! Why does everyone want to make decisions when it is black and white. Clear picture she chose the bahammas and Howard K Stern was her confidant and partner. The mother and Burkhead will hopefully fizzle out and get nothing.

90. HKS will not submit DNA, because he is not the father. If HKS had settled the paternity, ANS would already be buried!

HKS wants the rights to the funeral to sell to "ET", and wants the baby for the money!!!

50. Hate to inform you but it's the old bag mother that is holding up the burial! SHE WILL go on to the supreme court by the end of the day if they tell her no... Howard and Larry BOTH want Anna buried with next to her son... nuf said.......

31. HKS mooched off of ANS when she was alive and now he wants to make sure to have a meal ticket by claiming he is the father!

HKS knows he is not the father. Thats why he will not settle the paternity suit! HKS is the one holding up the funeral!
