Family Judge: No DNA from Dannielynn

91. my understanding is that even IF LB is proven the biological father
the Bahamian government does NOT recognize the "biological" father as
having any more rights over the "presumed" father. It is this way in
California also. I have a friend who lives in California whose wife
cheated on him and got preggo. She put the child up for adoption but
because he was married to her when the child was born HE still had to
sign the adoption papers because he was the "presumed" father. Maybe
this was why ANS and HKS were going to make it "official", so she
could come back to CA, claim that it was a common law marriage and
then they just made it official as a way to give LB the run around
some more in California so she could come back to fight the Marshall
case, etc. Remember, she was calling the Bahamas her "home" but in
order to fight her case with the Marshall's she would want to stay in
California courts and at the very least come back to testify so she
couldn't avoid being served and forced with a DNA test. She was
always 3 steps ahead of LB on the legal field. HKS couldn't
represent her in the Marshall case in the Bahama's. So maybe
Virgie's going after Dannielynn IS helping LB...time will tell.

92. I do not agree with no.65. I think Anna moved to the Bahamas because if Larry was proven then to be the father, he probably would have gotten Dannielynn with him, because of her drug problems.

94. A child can have two fathers? Hell, where have I been all of my life? I have never heard of such a thing. If that is true, I'm gonna find the other father of my two children - maybe he'll help support them - the first one hasn't done worth a damn. This is just crazy!

95. Why is everyone so damned positive that L.B. is the father?! Were you in the room when they were having sex? Nope didn't think so, same goes for H.K.S. no one knows who the father is. I doubt A.N.S. did either. We are all just going to have to wait for the results.

96. Susan....unwed mothers do not have the right to decide who will be the babies daddy is just because they don't want anything to do with the real daddy. The child has a right to know it's biological father.

You have a tough road ahead of you in the Bahamas but I am sure you were smart enough to have that "deposit" left on you by your daughter, tested for DNA!! We all know you are the father. Best of luck to you.

Please dont sell out, I know it will be tempting but please dont. I know you have already worked a deal w/howie but DONT LET HIM RUN OVER YOU and whatever you do, DONT WALK AWAY AND LEAVE HIM THE MONEY!

Even if you are only out for what is best for Dannielynn, you are going to have to accept the fact that she is going to need an extraordinary amount of care and you may need that money to help facilitate this. REGARDLESS, IT'S HER'S NOT HOWARDS!

All the people we have heard of that "she banged" (im sorry, couldnt resist a william hung moment), she never did w/howard, you can tell in the commitment ceramony pics that she is disgusted with the thought of sleeping with howard, EVEN IF SHE'S STONED OUT OF HER MIND* WHAT'S THAT TELL YA?

he said that by Florida law it is "conceivable" that a child can have two fathers. And thats right in some states your sister can be your mom, and your cosuin can be your wife or husband.

Judge basically just gave Dannielynn to Howard, but as of yesterday wasn't Howard saying he would give her up for cash and prizes? Maybe Larry should start a "baby drive" to raise money so he can "buy" her from HKS, if Larry doesn't act soon HKS could put Dannielynn up on eBay.

105. If that was the real baby that threw up on larry and he was the father we would have been told by his lawyers by now. Without Annas DNA we don't know if that was the real baby. It only takes a couple hours to match DNA. I think it was a setup by Stern so the DNA didn't match Larrys.
