691. THE VIEW . HMMM.... WHO CAME UP WITH THAT NAME? THEY HAVE BEEN ON FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW, WHICH WOULD PROBABLY INDICATE THAT, SOME REAL CHANGES HAVE OCCURRED SINCE IT'S FIRST AIRING. WONDER IF BARBARA WAS WEARING A SUIT? SOCIALLY, POLITICALLY, ECONOMICALLY, SPIRITUALLY, MORALLY, ETC. CHANGE HAS AS IT ALWAYS DONE~ FOUND IT'S WAY FORWARD. IT WOULD STUN ME IF THEY ACTUALLY ARTICULATED ONE IDEA AND GAVE EVERYONE AT THE TABLE A CHANCE TO SPEAK TO IT. LAST TIME I SAT DOWN WITH MY FRIENDS WE GAVE ONE ANOTHER THE RESPECT AS INDIVIDUALS TO SPEAK WITHOUT BEING POUNDED BEFORE THE COMPLETION OF A SIMPLE SENTENCE. CONSIDERATION IS A VIEW. CONCERN IS A VIEW. EXPLORATION IS A VIEW. SCRUTINY IS A VIEW. INVESTIGATION IS A VIEW. SO IS PROBING AND SEARCHING AND REFLECTING. GROWN UP WORDS. RIGHT FROM ROGET.
IT WOULD BE MY VIEW THAT YOU DONT NEED TO CHANGE THE CREW, YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE FORMAT. TALK ABOUT AN INTELLIGENT AND SMART ARRAY OF CONCEPTS AND EVENTS. NOT THE BORING DRIBBLE OF WHAT KIND OF CANDY YOU EAT, OR WEAR YOU BOUGHT YOU LAST LITTLE 6TH GRADE CAP SLEEVE BLOUSE. HERE'S A NOVEL IDEA. ACTUALLY HAVE THE FOUR SAME PEOPLE ON FOR ONE WHOLE WEEK. LET BARBARA SPEAK WITH HER UNABASSED STYLE AND PANACHE AND SHOW THE BRAZEN GRIT SHE WEARS WITH SUCH CLASS, STYLE AND CONTROL. ASK JOY TO REMEMBER WHAT SHE WOULD HAVE DONE WITH A CLASS FULL OF INDIVIDUALS YOU HAD NO PATIENCE OR PURPOSE IN THEIR STRUGGLE FOR SELF. IF PRINCIPLES HAD SOME ROLE IN THE HOUR, PERSONALITIES WOULD NOT BE THE ISSUE. IT WOULD FALL THE THE SUBJECTS THEY CHOOSE TO BRING TO THE TABLE.
EVERY ONE HAS LIKES AND DISLIKES. INCLUDING ME. I DONT HOWEVER THINK IT TAKES A MENTAL GIANT TO ADMIT THAT THEY ALL GET UP IN THE MORNING AND IF THEY ARE LUCKY THEY HAVE A BOWEL MOVEMENT AND GO ON WITH THEIR DAY. THEY WORK IN A BUSINESS WE CAN CHOOSE TO INGORE OR ENGULF. PERSONALLY, THEY SHOW VERY LITTLE IN TIME MANAGMENT AND FRUITFUL MULTI-TASKING. I DONT WATCH MUCH THESE DAYS. SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE, SOME OF THE BEST OF GOOD BEHAVIOUR WENT AMISS AND THE VIEW HAS BECOME BORING AT BEST. NOT A WAY TO SPEND MY LEISURE TIME ANY LONGER. WHEN YOU DISCOVER THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS HAVE TAKEN YOU FROM CHARMING & ENCHANTING INTELLIGENT THOUGHTS TO A HEX AND A KNOT IN YOUR GUT ITS QUITE INSULTING. TO LISTEN TO THE LAST SOUND BITE.. PEACE OUT EVERYBODY. COMING FROM ONE WHO SEEMS TO FEEL IT THE LEAST IS NOT A SYMBOL I CAN EMBRACE. IT PURE HYPOCRACY. IF IT LOOKS LIKE A ROSE I WILL USUALLY BEND AND GIVE IT A GENTLE SNIFF OF THE NOSE, IF IT LOOKS LIKE A BARE AND DORMENT PLANT I WILL SIMPLY TAKE A PASS BY AND WONDER MAYBE IF IT WILL BE GREEN AGAIN, OR IF ITS JUST DEAD.

692. I do not watch the view anymore. Rosie is a loud mouth BULLY. If Barbara does not step up and get her self respect back for her self and this show,I hope it gets bad ratings and is booted off the air.Joy just seems to kiss ever who's ASS is in charge (now it's Rosie) I think Barbara is afraid of Rosie. Liz is the only one that will speak up to Rosie. Keep it up Liz.. I use to like & respect Barbara ,but now I can see that was misplaced. You might could learn something from GMA.Now those ladies have class.

695. I've noticed that Rosie can only stick to her one liners that you can tell has been rehearsed over and over. When Dennis Miller was on recently, he was unafraid to go toe to toe with her. Miller has an equally strong and dominating personality, no apologies for his convictions and when faced with an opposing force such as his I noticed a lot more fumbling and bumbling than when she is argueing with someone that she feels can be manipulated and bullied. It was great to watch her lose a debate when she was faced head on with a personality that matched her own!

In addition, Barbara loves to hide behind her so-called "unbiased" journalistic stance. However, that is laughable as she is just as horrible to Elisabeth as the other three ladies. It would be so much more enjoyable to watch if they added someone with Elisabeth's conservative values but Rosie's attitude. I think Rosie would think twice before she allowed herself to be so condescending and ugly.

696. Rosie, is very opinionated, and I like that about her...but today, I think was the day for me to stop watching! I like Rosie but the show today clearly told me more about Rosie.

I don't agree with Elisabeth most of the time. I don't know what to say about her. I think Elisabeth talks too much about things she doesn't know anything about! However, Rosie..., and I've been a viewer to the View since Rosie has came along seen four things that I disagree with, and #1 Kelly Ripa #2 American Idol the racist part #3 Howard K. Stern #4 every thing that came out of her mouth today! OH MY GOD!

Glad to see that loud mouth go!!!!! What I don't understand is the attitude of some of the viewers toward Elisabeth. She is not a baphoon! She is a lovely young woman with a point of view. She is at least always a lady when she imparts her ideas, contrary to Ms. O'Donnell, who is the real baphoon on this show. Everyone thinks that Walters is so nice. I'm 61 years old and I remember the Gregory Peck interview she did years ago. After promising Mr. Peck that she wouldn't bring up the tragic death of his son, because he had not come to terms with his son's suicide, she bush-whacked him in the middle of her interview by asking "how are you coping with your son's suicide?" Mr. Peck looked like he had been shot by a friend, and through tears he said "you promised you wouldn't do this to me. How could you?" So, NICE!!!!!!! NOT!!!!!!!

701. I agree with Kim. Elizabeth Hasslebeck needs to get a REAL life.
I know alot of people do not agree with Rosie on her personal life, but I do agree with her on her political view. Elizabeth needs to stand here in REAL America like lower to middle class citizens and live it. Gas it outrages here in the northern midwest and what about our young who are home from school trying to find summer jobs and cannot make enough past filling their gas tanks!! There is not going to be a middle class when everything starts rising because of the gas situation. People with part-time jobs trying to help out are going to have to quit.....AS far as I'm concern You go Rosie and let Americans know the truth!! Elizabeth should be leaving the VIEW....She is so irrating and is ALWAYS ranting and arguing someone!!

704. Elisabeth is a self-serving, money hungry bitch. With no talent and little intelligence, she

works each day on The View as if trying for a future job on Faux Fox. Which she will

get because they love her. Duh!

Rosie is one of the most delightful people on television. And unlike, Elisabeth, Rosie

does support the troops and has for many years. She is dearly loved and honored by

them. One of her recent works was to help build the modern hospital for Vets in Texas.

She also works with Fischer House. And what does Elisabeth do? Nothing but worry

about making her next dollar.

ABC's, The View, will only survive if the idiot Elisabeth leaves. She is a poor example

of young women in today's world. If you look, you can see her tattoo printed in

bold letters, ME!
