47. don I am not a blonde I am very disturbed buy this situation and I am trying to say that WE were not there WE dont know what happened and I am sick of hearing that Howard killed these 2 people. I am a woman and I dont understand why you people who say that can even believe that happened. Daniel was a 20 year old young college student and I am sure he was no stranger to drugs, It seems like people are saying that these 2 people didnt have a brain and couldnt make decisions and for that I am very upset. Anna was not a Dumb Drugged up person, she knew how to market herself and she did what she loved, Anna liked to come off as a dumb blonde to make you stupid men want more of her and she did just that. think with your brain not your dick women arent as stupid as you think and neither was Daniel. Anna knew the only person she could trust was Howard and she made Howard Daniels Guardian was she drugged up then and its a conspiracy to get money that Howard has worked on her case to get for a mere 6% I might add. Yeah he was robbing her alright. Most lawyers get between 30 to 40 percent of a case based on contingincy. H KILLER STERN WENT TO GET FOOD AT A 7=11 TYPE STORE AND SHORTLEY AFTER DANIEL ATE HE QUESTIONED WHY HE FELT SO TIRED!
IT WAS ALSO REPORTED TWO PILLS WERE FOUND IN THE BED H KILLER S SLEPT IN AND THE NURSE SAID SHE ONLY SAW H KILLER S IN THAT BED.... ANS HAD A C-SECTION SO WHERE DID DANIEL GET THE METHADONE IN HIS SYSTEM? DID HE TAKE A POCKETFUL OF PILLS TO THE BAHAMAS? HE NEVER HAD A SCRIPT FOR METHADONE AS REPORTED!!

STRANGE HOW DANIEL WOULD HAVE INHERITED THE BIG SETTLEMENT... HE DIED ON A VERY HAPPY OCCASION 5 1/2 MO. LATER ANS DIES ... AND H KILLER S IS STILL LEECHING OFF OF ANS EVEN IN DEATH!!!

50. #36 not necessarily. I have term insurance that required no physicals and will even pay in cases of suicide if the policy has been in effect for at least two years. Of course this insurance was purchased ten years ago and things may have changed since then. But uusually if the price is right you can find almost any type of insurance policy out there.

53. I think Howard should have been thrown out of the Bahamas when Anna died. He says he has no money, then how is he staying there? The longer that baby stays with Howard the more attached she is getting. How about the ex-prime ministers mother watching the baby? Talk about having pull and everyone crooked. The ex-prime ministers father is doing some singing or music at the service. No body still knows if Howard did in Daniel or had anything to do with Annas death. He has some nerve not even letting Annas mother touch the baby. Give me a break, he is nobody, she is the babys grandmother even if her and Anna did not talk. Howard should be put in jail for fraud and not doing the DNA. This could have all been avoided, what's he got to hide? He knows he is not the biological father. He thinks he is fooling everyone with his witty remarks "I am the babys father" yeah on paper, that's it. What a joke. Everybody who is hooked up with Howard is allowed in the house, everyone Anna was paying are all going to side with Howard. None of them want to lose their jobs. Nobody saw or had knowledge of drugs. Please, were they are drugged up too. Must be blind not to see it, and the baby around it too.

55. I too, heard one of Virgie Arthur's attorneys say that he thought Anna had 7 life insurance policies that named Daniel as beneficiary first, Stern second. It was O'Quinn (sp?). He didn't seem 100% certain about this, though.
He had no problem dissing the funeral plans, either. He speculated that it must cost about $500.000., thought the plans were ridiculous and tacky. He felt Anna should be mourned not have circus type atmosphere. (This was on Nancy Grace 03-01-07).
I think this funeral is a celebration of her life. SHE would like it, I'll bet. Each (Arthur, Birkhead and Stern) were allowed to invite 100 people). The guy that made her dress for the burial (Pol) said there'd be a lot of pink, her favorite color.
If Arthur has one of her lawyers trashing the funeral plans why doesn't that witch shut up and go home, already?!?
As for Dannielynn, O'Quinn said that he believes Arthur wants temporary custody of her in place of Richard Milstein, Esq. until paternity is determined. What he and her crew fail to understand is that the Bahamas has a different take on custody. Paternity is part of it but, they also consider where the child was born, lived, age, fitness of the person to be considered her permanent legal guardian and any other factors that affect the kid. He himself will not be involved in this part because the Bahamian lawyer has to handle it. He also admitted that everyone involved is making money off Anna Nicole Smith, "SO WHAT". His own words!!! How about that money going into a trust for Dannielynn from all 3 sides?
There was no dollar amount given to the life insurance policies and speculation as to who was selling stories to whom. Very unprofessional, imo.
No question, Arthur will be coming to the funeral with vengence towards Stern. I really think she's furious about LOSING in court. I hope that woman will consider behaving for once. She was despised by Anna is life. Perhaps she can try to act like a grieving parent instead of a greedy, money grubbing jerk. I won't hold my breath.

56. Why does anyone assume that being a blood relative makes you suitable for custody of a child?

I hope there is a full investigation into the charges leveled by Anna against Virgie Arthur & her family and also the substance abuse & harrassment of Anna allegedly by Larry Birkhead.

Also, the longer all of this drags out; the more money the Bahama govt. makes in teorist (spl.) dollars and international media coverage.

The Bahama govt. & some of their officials are so corrupt that it is ridiculous. Howard K. Stern, will get what he has coming to him - if he does not kill himself first.

Personally, I think that if he doesn't try to kill himself; he will glee the Bahama & US govt. to a country that is exempt from US & Bahamian extradiction.

59. at least they aren't going to send her on tour and have a concert with her body laying there, like they did for james brown. i don't see why the media shouldn't have to pay, they're always hovering around celebrities weddings, funerals, etc. they would find a way in anyway.
