91. #9 I was thinking the same thing. The Bahamas is no better than HKS. I know it was about money for that country. They will probably put the baby under a guardian there and then tell HKS he is not a citizen and ask him to leave. 92. Candee, I agree with you. Anna was almost always taped or photographed in public with Daniel and/or Howard.
None of us have walked a mile in Anna's shoes. It IS so nice that she and Daniel will finally be buried together. I doubt she'd have told Howard to buy 4 plots if her intent wasn't to be with Daniel. Since Dannielynn was born, I assume the other 3 were for Howard, Dannielynn and herself. Howard was the only constant adult in her life almost every day for around 12 years. She wasn't educated but, she was street smart. She clearly had a totally trustworthy relationship with Howard.

93. Anna's so called mom and Daniel's so called grandmother and father need to leave both of their bodies in the bahama's and let them both finally rest in peace. My goodness Anna had to wait 20 days or so before she could be with her son! Instead of trying to exhume the bodies & waste everyone's time. . . Where was her mother during her whole life, it just seems kind of funny that NOW she wants a say in everything. . . . To me Ms.Virgie Arhur is just doing this for the publicity and to make money. . . she LIED under oathe about not receiving any money and then changed her story when she got back on the stand after they threaten to bring in the reporter. . .who knows what is and isnt true that comes out of her mouth. The mother just needs to leave well enough alone and let them REST IN PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to all these "so called"friends are coming out after she died, WHERE were you all when she was alive and needed the help. . . especially during Daniels Death. . . . SHAME ON YOU!

95. I agree with #s 47 & 54. I am very afraid that when Howard realizes the jig is up, he may kill himself and Danilynn having the idea, "if I can't have her no one will". Either that or he will take the yacht and flee to international waters where no one can touch him. He has the perfect setup. King Eric captained it from Fla, his wife is the nanny.

Has anyone taken a look at HKS lately? He is so "medicated" he looks like death warmed over. March 16th can't get here soon enough.

Sadly, true. We also aren't allowed to view U.S. troops caskets (or body bags) as they return to the States (thanks to the Bush Regime 'rules' for the media). Can you just imagine the noise the media would make if ANS and all her enablers were stifled in *any way? The media proves to be as greedy as all these characters we're witnessing - day in, day out. All day, some days.

Well, one good thing. ANS won't be buried on American soil. That's the silver lining in this particular segment of the saga. Let the Bahamas have her.

99. Also Nancy 6% of Nothing is nothing, in case you havent noticed Anna has not recieved ANY money from the ESTATE and it wouldnt have been taken to the supreme court if it wasnt for Howard. And maybe you can count 474 billion was awarded then taken back and then it was 88 million and then it was noting maybe not in that order but it amounts to nothing if Howard doesnt follow thru with it. 100. Yes! Virgie DID lie under oath. She knew that Krista Barth was asking her that question AGAIN because she was busted about Splash.
What bothers me most is that she wasn't subjected to the same questions as Birkhead and Stern. They were asked by Seidlin if they had previous marriages or children. After Seidlin heard Arthur say her one son was "prison....an agent of the government" he dropped that line of questioning. I wonder how many hushands she's actually had? Anna's maiden name was Hogan but, the siblings have Hart and maybe another name? Not sure.
It would turn my stomach if Arthur tries to exhume Anna and Daniel! That's so sick!!! That woman is about money, nothing more (I think!).

Larry Birkhead -->Aligned with Access Hollywood (By the way, I was very happy to hear him speak out about being robbed of seeing his baby; what he has been going through; and how great it was to finally hold Danielynn.

In my opinion, we know that everybody and their mama are getting paid off of this. I am concerned about Danielynn finding out who her biological father is, and Larry - not Vergie getting custody of Danielynn. Also, how much of a role did Howard play in Daniel's and or ANS's death whether intentionally or accidently?

103. Barb, The Anna Nicole show was cancelled in February 2004. She met Birkhead in the summer of 2004 in Kentucky. I saw him in an old film clip tonight that I had seen before, but this time I noticed him because I know what he looks like now. He was in the background, and she was prancing around for the cameras.

104. IMO Anna wouldn't have had much money, or any career at all if Howard had not been there promoting/ managing her. All this guy has ever done was try to help Anna AND Daniel. He never used them, and he has absolutely nothing to gain from either of them dying. Anna loved and trusted Howard. The only person she was closer to was Daniel...

Also, I don't have a problem with the gated community charging all the news and camera people. It's going to be swarming with all sorts of reporters and paparazzi. Most of them destroying the landscape, scenery etc. And just for the record--Larry Birkhead is a freelance photographer--which is paparazzi.
