Wacky TV modeling agency hostess Janice Dickinson is a huge Britney Spears fan!

TMZ spotted the self-proclaimed "World's First Supermodel" on Robertson Blvd. yesterday, when she was asked about Britney Spears. Janice replied, "There is no scandal, what's happened to her hair has nothing to do with the caliber of her music. She's a brilliant musician ... and she's a brilliant person."

This, from a woman wearing a red and black plaid fur-lined coat and carrying an electric green purse.

93. Janice was gorgeous in her day,but, her day is done. When she was hot as a model, we never heard her speak otherwise we would have known she was a nut case. Her book No Lifeguard on Duty speaks for itself. She's just showing her ignorance about Britney who was never a "Musician" and didn't play any instruments - Janice - stupid. She was simply a pop singer performer who had her time in the sun and now blew it. Much like Janice who keeps trying to stay famous through her stupid antics. That's why she likes Britney, who is also trying to regain her fame!
