To Gloria who stated that Anna Nicole did not trust Larry Birkhead or think highly of him - No she did not like the fact that he told her that he did not approve of how she was carrying on while pregnant- doesn't this sound like what a respectable, normal, loving father would say to a drugged up pregnant wife/girlfriend? So who could we respect here-Anna Nicole or Larry or perhaps we have respect for Howard K. Stern who found a stoned 8 months pregnant Anna amusing and asked her if she was on a mushroom trip? 140. Daniel lay decomposing for more than a month with no one fighting for his dignity. Why... was he not as beautiful as his mother..... ?
My guess is it took that long for Stern to 'work' Anna - get her drugged up, brain-wash her, buy the plots and force her to bury her boy there, keeping him safe in the Bahamas, knowing full well if anything happened to her, that would be where she would want to be.
Smith only ever said that she woudl want to be buried with her son, NOT SPECIFICALLY in the Bahamas. It just happened to BE the Bahamas.... by Stern Design. It suited his plan, forcing Smith to stay and have her baby there, naming him the "father", paving the way for him to claim the money.
Billy Smith never said he WOULD NEVER ewxhume his son and bring him here, he said he couldn't AFFORD it. The last question was, if you could, would you? He said YES!
Parents and children part ways now and then, it's a sad part of life. It doesn't negate the bond.
Bottom Line - it's only the Bahamas because it suites Stern. Period.

Here is another "moron" thinking that the Bahamian Govt or the Courts is going to allow that...not after all the hoopla over Anna being buried,WITH ALL THE POST- PONEMENTS AND DELAYS is there :is this going to happen.Cant see it...Since it was Anna who was the sole custodian and parent of this child;who raised him on her own.
I just dont get the immediate rush to have these peoples remains disturbed especially when Daniel has been there "at rest " for months in the Bahamas....and will finally have his mother placed beside him.Do these people have no morals or beliefs...its a disgrace.

146. Anna was beyond distraught when Daniel died, she was terrified to put him in the ground. She made them open up his casket after it was in the ground & she jumped into it with him. She also had just given birth to her daughter by c-section.

He may not have been buried until the 39th day but he was embalmed immediately.

Virgie Arthur & Larry Birkhead selfishly prolonged Anna's deterioration without a care.

Note: Birkhead's team did not need Anna's DNA, they could have used her mother's DNA - they inserted themselves into the hearing in Florida to get control of Anna's estate & half a billion dollars...

147. If you all remember, Daniels dad said to the judge via phone that he did not want to exhume him. Why after all these years of no contact do they feel the right to say where and when to anyone one of these players.
Daniel and Anna where their each others world for years with no interference from Virgie or Daniles dad. And NOW they want to be involved because they have people around them stirring things up.
If, they can afford to do this, and the court makes they prove they can and it happens I would bet they would never visit that site again in a year or so, and the fact that they are now both going to be in the Bahama's it removes them again from their lives which should'nt be a strange thing for them because they weren't a part of it for so long.

149. Well said NuZu!!! I couldn't agree with you more.

I just can't understand WHY the judges didn't use COMMON SENSE. Both Daniel and Anna's relatives and acquaintances except for the rich can't afford to visit their graves all the way to the Bahamas.

And when Danielynn grows older, she also would have to have fly all the way to the Bahamas to visit her step brother and esp. her mother.

I don't know why the judges couldn't figure that out. The tourists will do all the visiting.

Thanks also to Howard who so far has gotten his way. I hope he doesn't get away with all that he has put Anna's mother and Larry thru.

To not let Danielynn's own blood relative, her grandma Vergie hold her grandchild is a crime. I sincerely hope that Howard's manipulating days are over.

It would kill me to think that he is going to profit (if he hasn't already with ET and who knows who else) financially from Anna's death.
