108. Why does anyone assume that being a blood relative makes you suitable for custody of a child?

I hope there is a full investigation into the charges leveled by Anna against Virgie Arthur & her family and also the substance abuse & harrassment of Anna allegedly by Larry Birkhead.

Why didn’t mother and boyfriend try harder to help Anna if they witnessed her serious drug abuse? Anna used drugs with both of them? Should they be allowed to have an innocent young life under their control?

It seems that Anna's 2001 will should carried out as she wished, with Howard Stern as Executor of her estate on behalf of the child as well as guardian of the baby. It's just a different baby this time instead of Daniel. And Anna did put Stern on the birth certificate and named him in her will. This is what she wanted and should be honored. A copy of a will in Calif is acceptable for probate.

110. Well perhaps this is the smartest thing anyone has done so far. Even if the mother is involved I do not think it has to do with money. I think it is the way to bring Daniel back to the US and then perhaps Anna will follow later. I think the mother wants answer to the questions that are on the minds of alot of people in American-why did Daniel die? His death happened in a foreign nation and then he was buried there with alot of unanswered questions and an inquest months 6 months later does not help a grieving mother/grandmother to let go and to all those who have negative things to say about the mother Virgie-get emotions and if you are not a mother-don't even bother to make a comment. Although she was estranged from her daughter that does not mean she stopped loving her. Anna made her choice to go to the Bahamas. Anna made her choice of lifestyle with drugs. She obviously did not like what her mother had to say even though her mother only said what normal mothers would say to a child with a drug problem. Anna is the one who chose to cut her mother out of her life-just like she decided to cut Larry Birkhead out of the life of his child as she told him he was the father. So how could any mother have a normal relationship with a selfish and heartless person like this who was addicted to drugs-whether prescription or illegal. How could a mother have a normal relationship with a daughter who chose to have a relationship with a man who allowed her to use drugs while she was pregnant and found it amusing when she was stoned out of her mind and asked her if she was on a mushroom trip and that this video would make them alot of money. All you mothers of America-could you have a normal relationship with a daughter like this? So if this is Virgie's way of making up for the last ten years and trying to find closure then so be it. If this is Virgie's way of trying to protect her granddaughter from someone she feels was involved in her grandson's death and who enabled her daughter to keep taking drugs and found it amusing when she was stoned while pregnant then hats off to her. She is pretty smart. As well I think if she is behind this she is just making sure that Howard K. Stern has to keep shelling out legal fees so if he is in it for the money he will pretty much start exhausting alot of money and time. Great. He doesn't deserve any more money from Anna Nicole or her estate. Any legal fees he has incurred from representing her case I am sure he has already been compensated for in the free meal ticket he got-living in supposed Anna Nicole's house in the Bahamas (not really her home) but rent free of course, the food he has eaten, the clothes he has bought. I don't think I need to go on about that. We will have to see how this plays out in the courts.

113. It is still the same old thing. MONEY. Whoever has the body of ANS has control of suing the Marshall estate for money. Virgie thinks that if she has Daniel's body, she will be able to get Anna's body too. And if she has control of Anna's and Daniels's bodies, she has a good chance of getting custody of Dannielynn. Virgie has gotten to Billy Smith and clued him in on how they can get the right to sue Anna's dead husband Howard's Marshall's estate for the money that Anna has been trying to get for 12 years. Virgie's big time lawyer is behind all this because he has only taken on huge cases in the past so he could get big money. He got millions from suing the tobacco companies and he is looking to get money from the Marshall estate.Why else would he be representing Virgie. She is as poor as a churchmouse and has no way of paying him his lawyer fees unless she can get ahold of some of Anna's dead husband's millions.

She is such a controlling Bitch! it's her way or no-way, It's clear that those back-woods hicks are grasping at straws though cause come Friday Anna is going to be in the ground; and father or not he did'nt have anything to do with Daniel when he was alive and just like virgie any judge will see it for what it really is and turn his country ass running back to Texas with his tail in his suitcase. They need to cut there losses,and kick rock's! But the thing is virgie has promised so many gossip newspapers that they could get the exclusive's, pictures etc. she just about has to make something happen. 120. Does anyone ever think why Anna said his grave would remain unmarked? it was because she intended to have him moved herself when she got this big law suit from the marshall estate settled! His father has the right to do this and will be granted the right by the Bahamian gov as Danny was not a Bahammina citizen! Kinda screws it up for Vicki Lynn AKA Anna Nicole being buried there doesn't it folks!
Everyone connected to Anna will leave the Bahamas and she will be there alone but she is dead and I guess that it will not matter much to her...Oh and she had 7 considerable sums life Ins polocies all naming danny as the benficiary and Howard second in line!
