Will Anna Nicole's Son Be Exhumed?

Daniel SmithThe biological father of Daniel Smith wants his son's body exhumed and moved from the Bahamas to Texas.

In a letter obtained by TMZ, Billy Smith -- through his lawyer, Kara S.P. Butler -- is asking The Chief Magistrate of the Bahamas, Roger Gomez, "permission to have the remains of Daniel Wayne Smith (deceased) exhumed from its current location here in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and to be transferred where his father and family reside in the State of Texas."

Anna met Billy Smith at Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken in Mexia, Texas, where they both worked as teenagers. They married in 1985, and Daniel was born the following year.

I say that since he didn't voice his opinion in the courtroom when he had the chance (and I don't care that he's too stupid to know what the word "exhume" means- that's HIS problem, not everyone else's) that he can just get a good job and go to the Bahamas once a year to visit the son he never, ever saw anyhow. 131. you know some of you all need to listen to the news and not open your mouths before you find out the answer to the questions unstead of hoping to conclusions. This is really bullsh*t you act like you all knew them and how much of a drug whore Anna Nicole was and how awful Howard was to her and how he kept her strung out on drugs, your all stupid and that is a fact! And next week we will know why Anna died and then we will know later what happend to Daniel . I just sit back and think I would hate to be in the spotlight and I know that there is not one perfect person on this green earth and this is truely sickening. What gives us the right to sit around and judge people. I was NOT and Anna FAN but I feel her pain and grief and I dont know what kind of family life she had but I know what she said about them and that she didnt want anything to do with them. If Vergie was such a wonderful mom she would have tried to see her daughter and talk to her instead of running her down and trying to shame her . Why didnt she try to see Anna when Splash paid for her lazy coward ass to go to the Bahamas and "cry" over her grandsons grave.why not try to console Vicki Lynn she had just lost her only son whom she loved so much and her mother was spewing venom from her mouth about her. If any of you watched the probate hearing you would have seen and heard that Howard loved Anna and he was the one who was there for her and Howard was the one she trusted with her son and his and Anna financial affairs, not anyone person other than Howard . For one when someone is down you dont kick them in the teeth and then laugh, you reach out a helping hand and try to lift them up. Thats whats wrong with this society and the world is going to hell in a handbasket. My father is burried in Virginia and My mother wants to be buried in South Carolina I live in Pa, I would never dream of moviing either of their bodies where they didnt want to be and if Vergie was so damn concerned she would have not been riding around woth Splash "journalist" so called family friend when she went to see her dead daughter and she wouldnt be determined to keep on going to shows and SELLING her story and having them pay for her attorneys and hotels and flights and clothes, she is a witch and I understand Anna's wishes. I would spit in your face instead of letting you see Dannielynn. Thank God that Howard is there for her at least he will try to protect her and not defame her mother.And she will know the truth about her mother . This is after all a woman in her prime who had her heart broken and lost the only unconditional love she had half her life and that is her child and it is very apparent she loved him to death. Please dont disrespect the dead. its bad enough we have to disrespect the living. Howard and Dannielynn I wish you my deepest sympathy and everyone else can bite my ass!

Now he has this sudden change of heart? Give me a break!! Virgie did not get HER way to have Anna buried in Texas so she convinces Billy Smith to exume Daniel and have him re-buried in Texas? Is this how this family really works?? If they do not get their way, they will do something else out of COMPLETE AND UTTER FRIGGEN SPITE??? This is truly what it is......SPITE!!
