I just have one serious question for all of you fricking idiots, if Howard controlled Anna the way all of you people think then why was it that she was able to be with Larry for 2 years, and possibly all of these other people who claim to be the dad. If Howard controlled her and kept her drugged up like you say then how is that was even possible. Also very interesting that only Howard is being held responsible what about Anna I think she is responsible for being so irresponsible. Also if she loved her mom like some of you asses say then why when she was with Larry for 2 years did she not contact her mother then wouldn't Larry have been able to protect her? Also what are the criminal charges? There is evidence from one person Ford Shelley who by the way testified in court that he had hate for Howard that he say Howard flush pills hmmm how convenient. I don't think I am a naive person I just think it is very easy for you people that are not even related to this case to sit back and place blame. Anna had a lot of people around her all the time, just funny how you all want to blame one person. For example Look at how Paris Hilton acts is her rep Elliott responsible for her drug taking actions and driving drunk? No she is responsible for herself. Please shut up unless you know for sure because it is you sensationalized attitude that feeds the media beast and keeps it going. It is your stupidity that can not realize that.

78. I will be so glad when this is over. I can only say that I feel for her baby girl. She should be the only thing people should be concerned about. I could care less what color Anna Nicole will be wearning when she is put into the ground.

Find out who the daddy really is and let the child have a family. She has a right to know who her real father is and not someone who is "Listed on the Birth Certificate." Howard...agree to the test. It seems to me you don't want to take the test because you know Dannielynn is Larry's baby.

83. Shocking- Howard didn't give a rat's ass about her, romantically. He was, however, in love w/ the money and the work free lifestyle she was able to provide. Keeping her happy was his main goal, as he stated on the witness stand. And she was happy when she was drugged out of her mind. And, when she was drugged, she found comfort w/ men. And, since HKS was as gay as Bobby Trendy the decorator, he couldn't have cared less..

84. OK, I've come to the conclusion that Howard killed both Daniel and Anna Nicole.

Until last night I felt it was probably a case of horrible negligence, but after I heard that Anna had SEVEN life insurance policies, all paid up to date (although they couldn't pay that guy for the house). Daniel was the original recipient of those funds, Howard was listed as the next.

Twisted? Yep. So is OJ and so is Scott Peterson.

I suspect that once Anna got pregnant with Dannielynn (who knows why she decided to do that), that Howard saw his slice of the pie slowly being eeked out. Plus, lord knows he probably was getting tired of taking care of this stoned woman all the time, always at her beck and call. He had too much invested.

So, moved everyone to the Bahamas where he knew he'd have the best chance of stifling legal issues. He knocked off Daniel. I think Anna died before he wanted her to (her passing in Florida could be a legal problem for him). But now he's gonna be sitting pretty.

Now that the insurance policies have hit the light of day (one Nancy Grace last night), start getting ready to hear the words "wrongful death suit" where both Daniel and Anna are concerned.

90. Ron Rale, the clueless attorney, disgusted me when he was on "Larry King Live" the other night. He stated that he thought Howard Stern was the biological father because of the timing. I guess he was with Anna all of the time. Rale is so ignorant. I saw the issue of People Magazine with Anna and Dannielynn on the cover, and that picture proved to me without a doubt that Larry Birkhead is this baby's father. She looks just like him.

Rale also dogged TMZ and stated TMZ never got anything accurate. I just started reading this Web site, and everything that has been posted has been accurate. As for Rale being an attorney, what law school did he graduate from? If he can get through law school, I know I can. Keep up the GREAT work TMZ--you're right up there with People Magazine and CNN.
