93. The 7 Life Insurances are not confirmed as of yet ... Vergie's Lawyer , O'Quinn stated on Nancy Grace, he thinks there were 7 but can't prove it. He also stated that Anna may have not had any Life Insurance ... there checking it out & if she did, he states his client (being the next of kin, which is Vergie) is entitled to the money. 94. To Poster #56 - I agree. My response was to another who wrote the words to Good Bye Norma Jean... etc... for the dearly departed Smith. I was just taking line by line. Yes, Monroe behaved almost as badly without the coverage, true. Smith, however, was Smith and not Norma Jean, no matter how much she tried. that is not be interpreted as a compliment for Monroe. That song was written to be a tribute to someone else. The guy who is using it as a Amith tribute is ridiculous, again, not because I admire(d) Monroe. I didn't even know her, nor care. As for Smith, I only care about all this as it relates to justice, the right thing.
Dissect the Larry King interview with her and Stern back in '02 when King asked her if she has any money. Look at the way Stern keep leaning in to "advise" her. Look at her shifty facial e xpressions, the change in her voice to make herself sound stupod and stoned, then listen to her evasive and vague answers, never looking up but darting her eyes everywhere but at King, who, by the way, was sooooooooo enamored with her "beauty" (fake), he couldn't think straight! It has all been smoke and mirrors, with so much actually visible, it's a travesty.
Look closely, even, at the "Kiss", thoe one in the Bahamas where Stern kisses Smith after their ' ceremony. That was not even CLOSE to a typical Smith kiss, even with someone she didn't love. Compare her kiss of Howard Marshall to that of hers with Stern - simply a show. She actually looked disgusted.
Nope. It's all a sham... a scam... they were both guilty. She was just outsmarted by her cohort.

95. MSNBC just reported that attorneys for Ms. Arthur are right now at the Bahamian court trying to stop the funeral from going through. They have filed Billy Smith's petition to have Daniel's body be exhumed - which if granted this morning could potentially affect the funeral per MSNBC..
