93. Only the wishes of the decedent were to have been considered. Her wishes were very clear by her words and actions. A person cannot ask for more than to have peace in where they desire to be for their final resting place...and that place was not what her family wanted. She had no love for TX and had expressed that repeatedly. It doesn't matter what Vergie wanted...or Howard wanted...or Larry wanted...or even Dannielynn...it only mattered what the deceased wanted.

Any person...mother or not...who would do this to their child, not being respectful of their wishes, for whatever purpose, monetarily or otherwise, is as lousy as they come. It is a sad day...because her mother is seeing to it that what she didn't get in life, she is not getting in death, either.

99. If anyone has any doubts about the motivations behind Anna Nicole's "Texas family's" actions, listen to the February 17th interview done with her brother Donnie Hogan by Rita Cosby on MSNBC. In the interview Donny says that Stern is trying to "take everything" from them. That's what its about - property and ownership/control. Donnie also mentions that he didn't even meet Anna until his late teen years - but this is a close knit family who truly knows Anna's wishes?
