Fergalicious was spotted yesterday in her very public morning exercise routine in a West Hollywood park.

The dutchess shows that it takes a lot of work to keep her body vicious. Fergie's workout includes a series of stretches, yoga poses and lifting.

12. I have a CD when she was in Wild Orchid , back then she was pretty , and didn't try to act black .
