61. I watched Nancy Grace and I hear that Anna had 7 life insurance policies. Daniel is the first beneficiary and Howard is the second. Why would one person have that many life insurance policies?

63. Poor Howard! Guilty - he loved Anna. Dr. Perper said yesterday that we would all be shocked when the toxicology report comes out. I can't wait. Bet he means no methadone. If nothing else Howard K. Stern had staying power. He never walked out on Anna. Everyone else in her life did. Virgie Arthur is the lowest form of human life. She doesn't care what her daughter wanted only what will benefit her. And as far as everyones Golden Boy Larry Birkhead I posted a week ago that he appeared to be trying out for a part in a movie. It was no surprise to me to found out that he does have aspirations to be an actor. If we want to talk cash cows remember that Larry was her exclusive photographer for two years and benefited from the money yet Anna received nothing. And oh yeah Golden Boy claims to have intentionally have impregnanted a woman he knew was addicted to methadone. Oh yeah he loves that little girl doesn't he? All it took for him to walk away was an argument over a pair of sunglasses. Oh yeah he is a real stand by your soman guy! What has Howard really received? She is gone and he has nothing! If only we could climb into these people's hearts and brains we would know what they were thinking and know what they felt. But we can't do that. So I am going to go with the fact that Howard is taking full finalcial responsibility for her funeral. Hum......why didn't mom step up.....why didn't Larry step up. There must be some good in Howard. Don't you people see all of the pictures of Anna and Howard and how she always had her hand on his shoulder and was smiling when she was with him or even the recent pictures of them in their home. Don't you see the affection? Why is he being so villified? Nobody knows what happened. Unless someone has a crystal ball and if someone does how about clueing us all in instead of slinging mean insults at such a terrible time. Personally I am going to reserve judgment. It is so sad how people always want to find someone to blame in every situation instead of just realizing that life just happens and sometimes not for the good. We really can't control other people's lives no matter how much we try. God rest your soul Anna! I pray you will find the peace you never found on this earth. DannieLynn, your future is in my prayers everyday. Whatever the end result is I pray that it will be one that will allow you to live a life different from your mother's.

64. Virgie continues to show the world just why Anna Nicole chose to have nothing to do with her. She is evil personafied.
I am sure that this new show of force by both Virgie and Daniels father is all about the lawyers. They are as disgusting as Virgie and Daniels father.

One day, when the passion over this case dies down, I believe that Howard K. Stern will be vindicated in the eyes of the public. I agree with him that Virgie should never get her hands on Dannielynn. She ruined one daughter's life let's not allow her to do the same thing with another lovely little girl.

The media has promulgated this bad guy/good guy scenerio because it brings with it ratings. I think Howard has conducted himself in a loving manner.

68. I think Howard K Stern stayed around as long as he did because Anna didn't run him off , he was her yes man.. I don't think he is evil like many are saying..
I don't disagree money is a motivating factor for all parties
as for the estate, Howard I Stern was the one who negotiated contracts for Anna , a business partner, thus I think he is entitled to a small sum for his work

but lets look at the attorneys, they are milking this .. I think they should have gone to the Bahamas from the beginning to fight for the baby
was that Larry's attorney in the video walking in to the church , I mean what does that have to do with the paternity case, she wants her smug face on camera every chance she can
the mother just wants to win, she isn't concern of her daughters intent

70. HOW did ET get rights to this GRAVESIDE ceremony???? I was relieved that the adl litem was in charge so this would not happen! Did the other parities allow this? Could they not stop it? Was ET on Howard's guest list??? It is sickening! I too cringe when I see Mark S interview him and act so sympethetic. I have no repect for that show acting liek they support this scum of a liar! 73. Presumably Millstone's fees are being paid for by the estate of Anna Nicole Smith if any such estate exists. It is my understanding that their will be many liens and judgments on her estate so if may end up being a big fat zero until her case against Marshall's estate is settled.

75. Virgie suddenly has an endless supply of money with the lawyers she is hiring for custody of ANYTHING she can get her hands on, especially the baby. Seems the lawyers won’t be paid until/unless it’s decided Vergie is entitled to any of Dannielynn’s inheritance, then they will get a percentage. Surprise, surprise. And this sudden change of heart by Daniel’s father to have his body exhumed?? Virgie got to him with promises of money ….and everyone is on HOWARD’S case for getting money??? No, Howard might not have been stellar, but he was there with the poor lost soul through everything she went through.
