335. Howard K. Stern is doing everything he can to ensure Anna's wishes are being kept? More like he's doing everything in his power to INSURE his sorry broke butt is well kept in the future. Remember- her burial wishes would all be a moot point IF she & Daniel were still Alive. 'nuff said. The poor girl apparently had a 'social phobia' disorder & was under the care of a psychiatrist. She was very insecure and stayed close to home- until she had to go out and make some money periodically to house and feed her 'family'. HKS was her 'Svengaly'. She was ripe for the pickin' and he insinuated himself right in. It's a shame HKS couldn't have used his power to help her. Instead he facilitated the circumstances that brought about her demise. What a sorry sorry mess. Her life could've all been so different if people who really cared about her welfare could've intervened somehow. I hope she-and Daniel-can Rest in Peace.

I don't know exactly how close of friends Donald and Anna Nicole were but I hope they were close enough for him and some of her other well known friends like Hugh Heifner, Don King, ect, come together to seek justice for her and her daughter. Just "talking and commenting" on that murderous, greedy, drug using want-to-be Howard K. Stern is not enough. Somebody somewhere needs to "stick it to his ass" so he can be made to understand he is not going to get away with his "involvement" with Anna Nicole.

What in the world is going on here? Did Marshall's family pair with Howard to assist in this drama-rama or did he really think he was "clever" enough to set her up to first take out her ONLY beneficiary THEN off her too in an effort to financially set himself up for life? And....in the process has he bought out Birkhead, the nurse, the maid, the ONE bodygaurd and all the agencies involved including the Coroner's office? There has got to be a loophole, a mishap, an error or someone involved who can't be bought that has or will soon have the power to expose the damn truth.

Let's all pray and hope the truth comes soon and it exposes not only Howard but ALL those involved in this horrible unfortunate event.

After that, I'd also like to know EXACTLY WHERE his office is and/or WHAT law firm did/does he work for??

In all the time I've noticed him to "hang around" Anna Nicole I've never seen him actually "work" as an attorney so exactly who and moreso...WHERE are his clients? Even new attorneys have more than one client, rich or not!!!

345. I cannot stand Donald Trump. But this time I agree with him 100%.

I believe Howard K Stern murdered Anna Nicole and her son Daniel. I think Howard finally got tired of waiting for the cash from J, Howard Marshall.

He wanted Anna Nichole, and the only way he could get her was to keep her drugged out of her mind!

There is no amount of money that most would have sex with Howard K Stern. The guy is a troll. He reminds me of the 1930’s version of Fagan in the movie where Fagan ran a theft ring using little boys.

Howard K Stern with his knowledge of the law learned the laws of Nassau. He knew he only had to get his name on the baby’s birth certificate, then get rid of Daniel then Anna. And the money was all his.

Then when I learned about the life insurance policies, there was the last nail in Anna’s coffin.

The guy is a scummy murderer. Send him Iraq; let the Arabs take care of him. Give the baby to Virgie until the baby’s father is truly discovered. That is if he is qualified.

Otherwise, lets Virgie adopt Dannielynn. As for the money. If Anna Nicole was entitled to it, give it to Virgie. She will need it to pay for all the attorneys’ fees, and to raise the baby, also to pay for security for the baby and Virgie. All of Anna Nichols friends who knew Virgie believe she is the being slammed, and a good person.

Virgie was right to go public that Anna Nicole was in danger, and the boy she raised, Daniel was murdered!
