Virgie Denied! Anna to Be Buried
TMZ has learned that the petition filed by Anna's mom, Virgie Arthur, to stop Anna's funeral has been denied by a Bahamian court, clearing the way for the service to continue today as planned.

42. This is to Billy Smith. Please don't exhume Daniel. I think Virgie has gotten to you in some way, but there is a special place in hell for a woman like that. Daniel and Anna deserve to stay where they are. If they are sent to Texas, Virgie will have done to Anna the same thing she did when Anna was alive. She is abusing her daughter and abusing her status as a mother. RIP Anna.
