Virgie Denied! Anna to Be Buried
TMZ has learned that the petition filed by Anna's mom, Virgie Arthur, to stop Anna's funeral has been denied by a Bahamian court, clearing the way for the service to continue today as planned.

92. No Susan you are very wrong a biological mother is not just a mother. A mother is someone who is there for their child and who loves them. Birthing a child does not make you a mother. Virgie Arthur is not Anna Nicole Smith's mother. She is a mean, vindictive, hateful old witch who is jealous of her daughter's fame and wants only to make money off of her. This latest trick shows just how much she loved her daughter. To actually have her daughter's body wait in a hearse for over an hour is sick, sick, sick. It does not speak of love in any way. Virgie Poo might get Daniel's body moved, though I doubt it but she will NEVER get Anna's moved. She is nothing but a piece of dog crap in the maze of who cared about Anna. Howard and Larry go way ahead of her. In fact hundreds of people do. I hope that fat, hateful woman one day realizes how evil she truly is and realizes the world realizes it too. This only goes to prove that Anna Nicole Smith was much more lucid than people think. She knew what her mother was. A no good piece of white trash with her $60,000 dollar home!

97. It is not over!!! So what? Virgie was right! Howard sold rights to the funeral to ET. He's nothing more than a drug pushing, mooching, pathetic pig!!! If anyone had rights to sell anything it should be blood relation and not the man who helped her get all drugged up. I hope Virgie and Danniel's dad eventually get what they deserve...to bury the two of them in Texas.

101. Please let Anna rest in peace. Virgie has proved everything that Anna said about her mom, let her and all of those expensive attorneys go home to Texas and get out of the baby's life. A mother maybe a mother, but can't they in a rare case just be an incubator? Perhaps, we should see how much money Virgie made today.
