Britney's Rehab Online Shopping Spree

While Britney Spears deals with her issues in rehab at Promises, the shorn pop princess is getting added help in the form of ... retail therapy!

Sources tell TMZ that Brit has been on an online shopping binge, charging over $3000 on everything from fedora hats and True Religion Daisy Duke shorts, to Dita "Addict" sunglasses and even a dress by a company called, appropriately enough, Tart. We're told Spears emailed her cousin, Ali, a list of all the trendy items she wanted from the hip Internet site shopintuition.com.

And it appears Britney's judgement is getting better; TMZ also learned that she picked up the 'It' frock of the summer -- Suzanne Juul's red and gold bamboo cap-ribbed dress in a size small. Nice! Spears also bought one of Juul's Eternity shawls in light blue, which was previously made famous by Mary-Kate Olsen.

It looks like once she's out of rehab, bald head aside, Britney will be looking fine!

I heard on the radio at 7:50 am this morning (92.5 fm) that Britney tried to commit suicide over the weekend by trying to hang herself with bedsheets, and that she also wrote 666 on her shaved head and was running around saying she was the antichrist. Did anyone else hear this reprot. Just wondering why TMZ is not reporting it they usually report things before they even happen.

20. If Britney Spears is truely suffering from post partum depression, then I think we as the public need to ease up her. This will explain many of her actions over the last several months. Post partum depression is very serious.
If this is a publicity stunt on her part then she needs to be confined to a mental institution because it is sick and she deserves everything people are saying about her

24. Oh brother! Here we go! She is trading one addiction for another. Guess this broad hasn't hit rock bottom yet. Rehab is not about shopping and leaking gossip to the press. 28. Feel sorry for the girl, who really cares if she is buying clothes or shopping on line! No wonder this girl needs to go to rehab or anywhere, how would ya'll like to walk in her shoes for one day! She cannont go out anywhere, it is like she is a prison in her own skin! It is tragic, just like "Elvis" or Michael Jackson, these people are exteremly talented, but Entertainment and FANS have made them pure prisons in to themselves! No amount of money or fame, would I want, to live the life that this poor girl is ridiculde to do! It is ashame that she ask her own family to order her somethings, and someone in her immediate camp runs to the MEDIA to just tell about what she bought for own personal use! How would any of you like for every single move you make in life, be PUBLIC! It is sad and tragic, and I hope somewhere in her ownself she is can find peace, happiness and people will give her space to "LIVE" her life, for goodness sake!

30. The "suicide news" along with the 666 on her head has been on aol web site all day today. I am surprised that TMZ did not pick that up. Maybe they are only printing what they think is "good" news on Brittney now?? Guess you will have to go to other web sites to get the real news from now on.
