Larry Birkhead's lawyer tells TMZ there will be no negotiating with Howard K. Stern.
Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father."
As TMZ has been reporting, Stern has been asking Birkhead for some involvement in Dannielynn's financial affairs after paternity is established. Now Opri says, "There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion."
Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern's overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead's hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern's court -- will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

Joyce: have you met Howard in person? NO probably not. You are just going by what the media has told you. ET is the only show that didn't hang Howard right away. So because ET isn't going with your opinion than you will hang them too. This is like high school and about of kids peer pressuring each other on who to like and not like. And if you don't like that only person like the rest of the kids that you get black listed too. What ever happened to Free speech and showing the other side of the story. Even if it's the side you don't like, it still has a right to be told. And I than ET for being a leader and not a follower of the rest of these show's who want to hang Howard and not show his side also. BOO to all of the negative people out there. If HKS is the father, why didn't he say so when Dannielynn was born?? Does anyone remember that when she gave birth to her daughter, ANS named her Hannah Smith? It was only after Daniel died that they changed her name into Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.
I think Stern is a good man just got caught up in Anna and her mess I think no matter what he will be in Dannielynn life.

Is it that most of you can't read? Or most of you don't understand what you read? There has never been any question of obtaining Larry's dna so stop yapping for him to take the test...and btw #1, if larry's DNA is tested it will prove that Larry is indeed LARRY....you have to test the baby and compare it to Anna's and Larry's DNA to prove beyond doubt that Larry and Anna are the parents. If you want to establish paternity to a reasonable certainty you only need Larry and the baby.....get a grip.

Okay, if Howard Stern really stands behind the fact that he "thinks" he is the father..then he shouldn't be trying to do everything he can to postpone this DNA test any longer! If he really knew it was his child he would have done the darn test already. Give Dannielynn to her real father already!!! This is getting annoying.

Its really hard for Larry to be negotiating anything at this point. Larry doesn't have the baby (Howard does), Larry isn't named in ANS last known will (Howard is). At this point it appears that Howard is holding all the cards - so maybe Larry's atty should be willing to negoiate.
