Larry Birkhead's lawyer tells TMZ there will be no negotiating with Howard K. Stern.
Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father."
As TMZ has been reporting, Stern has been asking Birkhead for some involvement in Dannielynn's financial affairs after paternity is established. Now Opri says, "There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion."
Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern's overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead's hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern's court -- will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

The smartest thing Howard could do is let this work itself out through the court system.

Howard need to shut his mouth and let that baby be with her real father. It was all about money for him. I believe he loved Anna money... Howard do what is right let Dannielynn, she deserves to be with her real Dad one that is keeping her hostage for money.. Maybe if you play nice Larry will let you have some visitation!!!

I guess I don't understand the law well enough to understand why this has been allowed to continue as long as it has. It seems that SOMEONE (such as the legal guardian) with the child's interests at heart would have demanded a paternity test by now.
The only reason Howard would have NOT to submit to one would be because he knows he's not the father. And he probably knows that because he's never had sex with Anna Nicole.
He's just an evil guy -- a greedy, sociopathic, evil guy who simply found someone he could take advantage of and control, and didn't have even the slightest amount of conscience to stop himself from doing it.
This really sickens me. It's not a circus, it's a chamber of horrors.

Its really hard for Larry to be negotiating anything at this point. Larry doesn't have the baby (Howard does), Larry isn't named in ANS last known will (Howard is). At this point it appears that Howard is holding all the cards - so maybe Larry's atty should be willing to negoiate.
Looks to be in Howard's favor right now!

Best news I have heard today. Larry, fight him all the way to the Supreme Court if you have to. He does not deserve ANY part in DannieLynn's life (or her money should she get some). RIGHT will win out over what has been WRONG from the beginning.
I'm so sick of this shit already, this DNA thing has been going on for way to long. Howard just needs to come to terms and realize that for the sake of the baby that the DNA has to be done.
Just do the DNA testing and be done with it. The baby is still young enough that she won't remember Howard or Anna. If Larry is the biological father, she should be with him. Especially because he has wanted the baby from the beginning.
