Birkhead, Opri, Stern Larry Birkhead's lawyer tells TMZ there will be no negotiating with Howard K. Stern.

Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father."

As TMZ has been reporting, Stern has been asking Birkhead for some involvement in Dannielynn's financial affairs after paternity is established. Now Opri says, "There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion."

Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern's overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead's hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern's court -- will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

17. Its really hard for Larry to be negotiating anything at this point. Larry doesn't have the baby (Howard does), Larry isn't named in ANS last known will (Howard is). At this point it appears that Howard is holding all the cards - so maybe Larry's atty should be willing to negoiate.

Looks to be in Howard's favor right now!

20. Best news I have heard today. Larry, fight him all the way to the Supreme Court if you have to. He does not deserve ANY part in DannieLynn's life (or her money should she get some). RIGHT will win out over what has been WRONG from the beginning.

22. Just do the DNA testing and be done with it. The baby is still young enough that she won't remember Howard or Anna. If Larry is the biological father, she should be with him. Especially because he has wanted the baby from the beginning.

24. I'm just wondering why it is so assumed that Larry is the real father. Who the hell knows? I certainly don't know the answer but it is going to be funny as hell - after all of this - he turns out not to be the father. He seems so damn sure of himself. Oh well - we all shall see!

30. I Agree # 5!! Anna wanted Howard there! People forget that Howard has been there for Anna for years! he didnt just pop in right before Daniel died. Kimmie and other people close to them know that Howard truely loved Anna & Daniel. The money arguement DOES NOT FLY!! They ( Larry ,Vergie & some other scum ) ALL would get money. All of them getting paid in one way or another, so the money issue is universal. R I P Anna Nicole and Daniel. Hugs and best wishes to Howard.
