The indian guy would probably submit his child for DNA to match against that of Anna Nicole's....I would be interested to see if the boy is indeed her child and if he is you can bet Howard knows all about him...Which would make that "clause" in her will where she excludes any future heirs, husbands, etc. seem more plausible and would certainly explain why it was put in the will in the first place....

Someone should try to help this guy and see if he has a legitimate case....He claims to have all the bank receipts for the deposits Anna Nicole made in his account and the actual birth certificate whereby she lists herself as the mother and him as the father....I say he should produce a copy...

3334. Christina - 99% of the time, I don't read what you post, but for some reason, I read your last post and the link (

If (big IF) this story is true, then Howard knew about that child and geeeeeez, maybe that explains why all other children were written outta that will.
Anyone else read that - thoughts????

Okay, I read it. I have no thoughts on it really. I suppose we will find out when an actual report comes out about what people told the police.

The only problem is that if people feel they could have/ should have done something differently or if there is something that may appear to make someone look guilty, I suppose there could have been a 'meeting of the minds' so that everys story checks out.

In the end, I don't think we will ever know the whole truth.

Honestly, does it really matter? I really don't think anyone murdered anyone else. I think things people did may have contributed to ANS's or Daniels death, but I don't think they are intentional and shouldn't be legally punished.

I have a feeling that, no matter what, ANS was destined to die early and maybe even Daniel, considering the life ANS lived and Daniel being such a big part of her life.

My concern now is Dannielynn. I think all this other stuff is irrelevant in the big picture.

ANS's lifestyle caused this all to happen, even though some aspects of it were probably illegal.

The only person that can still be helped now is Dannielynn.

I agree completely.

I'm definitely going to need you to help me stay on track with this one though. I already have all these conspiracy theories running around in my head. LOL.

About the Indian guy & his son, I'm feeling sick about that one too because he says he has bank statements, phone records, birth records and so forth to back up his claim. Could Anna really have had another child we didn't even know about?

If true, it seems he didn't want Anna to be a part of his childs life while she was alive, but he definitely wants him to have his share of her money now that she's dead. It all seems very sad to me.

I do NOT support Howard K. Stern, not because he's Jewish, so is my godmother, nor because the Bahamaian people who are the caregivers of Dannielynn are black... Why cause SO AM I....

Here at the facts as I see them (whether they are right or wrong)

Howard advised Anna Nicole not to submit Dannielynn to DNA TESTING both before Anna died and after.

It's obvious Howard believes he isn't Dannielynn's biological father or he would have submitted to DNA testing a long time ago

If nothing else Howard was an enabler to Anna's drug dependency. Proof being his subscriptions of methadone prescribed to him.

Howard avoids any question posed to him regarding him being the BIOLOGICAL father of Dannielynn

Howard has never publicly denied Larry Birkhead assertions that he was in a relationship with Anna Nicole, has not denied that Anna told Larry he was the father, didn't deny Anna & Larry started a baby book together, etc.

Howard secluded Anna to further his influence, professional and personal.

Howard leeched off of Anna Nicole financially for all of his support.

Howard paid off Bahamian governement officials and/or prostituted Anna to them for special priveledges.

Howards sister, seems to be lying about the closeness of the Stern and Smith families, due to the fact the Stern enclave had never seen/visited with Dannielynn until AFTER Anna Nicole died.

Howard showed lack of class by disrepsecting the church, Virgie Arthur and any and all mourners by attacking any and all who didn't agree with the way he was handling Anna's affairs and whomeevr made accustations against him. The funeral was NOT the time or place to do so.

Howard has tried making back door deals with Larry Birkhead and Ford Shelley in exchange for Dannielynn (Ron Rale stated as much) Howard asked for Shelley to stop the court proceedings regarding the house he is squatting in , in the Bahamas, and asked to be executor of Anna/Dannielynn's estate.

Howard does not own property in the Bahamas
Howard is not a citizen of the bahamas
Howard is living illegally in a house he does not own.

My feelings for Howard have nothing to do with my like or dislike of Larry Birkhead

I want Larry to be given the right to find out if he is the biological father of Dannielynn. No matter the outcome.

I know Howard didn't "write" the will - but you can bet your bottom dollar he helped craft what it would say. Proof is that his RAR RON RALE was the first one to know just where to get it - so Howard knew of it, and what it said, and why it said what it did.
Would explain so much of that will. It struck me odd at the time, that it was written as if by a man, excluding omitting all heirs (children) known or unknown. Also, it refers to Smith's "children" - hummmmm makes that word relevant too! Oh, and that if you contest this you are excluded clause 6.1 Contestants disinherited.

3345. Christina - it is more evidence that his plan was to get all the money. Shows that two months before baby was born (maybe when he found out) that he was already looking at limiting the heirs.
Oh and what a scumbag he is - encouraging her to write the kid off as a mistake - a nothing. Boy oh boy, if this is true - what evil people to harm innocent children. That child deserves support too, if true.
Again, I am not buying into the story as truth yet (want to see more proof, like DNA - thank goodness Purper got more than enought!), but sure does explain the odd language in the will.
