Larry Birkhead's lawyer tells TMZ there will be no negotiating with Howard K. Stern.
Debra Opri says the only subject of negotiation is "how fast he [Stern] will produce the child for a DNA test and how quickly he will allow that child to go to California with her real father."
As TMZ has been reporting, Stern has been asking Birkhead for some involvement in Dannielynn's financial affairs after paternity is established. Now Opri says, "There were never any deals. It was a one-sided discussion."
Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern's overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead's hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern's court -- will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

These saved phone calls from Shane Gibson to Anna, along with the photos of Anna and the Immigration Official must have been saved for future "use." So ask yourself : Who would benefit by saving these? Who had the opportunity to do it? A story in the Bahamas came out that talked about the "setup" of Shane.

If one were to look at the situation involving Minister Gibson more closely, then one would realize that Minister Gibson was really a victim, that -if fate had not taken a hand -would have been led not only to the political slaughter house, but morally scarred for the rest of his life. Let us take a look at the following scenario: Smith is attempting to acquire a home without -according to reports -using her own cash; but that of a former lover; Producing documents and evidence that allegedly were genuine; Developing a close relationship with a Minister of the Government, in an area vital to her application being approved, and his family, and going to the extent of having her Lawyer and Companion photographing her and the Minister in a manner that would suggest something more than a casual relationship. This in my opinion was a calculated scheme to -if the need ever arose - blackmail the hapless and naive victim into submission or take him to destruction.
This woman may not be college educated, but she seemed to be well versed in the art of deceit and deception. A factor in this whole episode that is being overlooked is MURDER, yes, not one murder but two. The case of Daniel's (Her Son) death is highly suspicious. I seem to remember someone, either a patient or a nurse, making a statement that at the apparent time of Daniel collapsing, Miss Smith was heard to say, "You are the cause of this" or words to that effect. Daniel was her Heir, and in case of her death, in a position, according to the Will of 2001, to be the Sole Inheritor of her Estate.
In the case of Nicole's death, all circumstances surrounding her death, including the administering of medications before her ill fated departure from this planet; should be investigated to the fullest. Both Daniel's death and Nicole's, should be treated as suspicious.
Her death whether by hands of Providence or by Human Design, was a blessing in disguise not only for Minister Gibson but this nation as well. Minister Gibson has committed no Crime and indiscretion. Impropriety yes, but no crime.
My eyes are not what they used to be but on comparing Dannielyâs photo with the first four men photos that were published, the baby appears to be a spitting image of Mr. Marshall. It looks like even in death Anna Nicole Smith has made fools out of a lot of people.

I think they were showing, not only the fact that HKS taped this and said something about "This video is worth alot of money!", which was strange, but how she was acting other than the little girl act. Rolling her eyes, and acting sort of out of it. The painting and the little girl and all they understood that, I believe. I know it wasn't addressed to me, but I know what you're saying, and I don't think that's why they showed it, because of the weird face painting...it was how she was or wasn't reacting to him talking to her and seeming to not understand what was being said or asked of her...so maybe spaced out somehow. That's all, I believe.

Is it your opinion that MEN have never been verbally abusive to the woman they are with and have been forgiven by that woman ?? That lil FAIRY looking Larry is just as bad as the other men she fooled with. He was there when she was with Dr Kapoor and he was partying as he watched her with the Dr and they were behaving in a very suggestive way. Your comment about Larry being played with for a few months pertaining to the baby, as if a man has never played a woman along with promises. Most of your thoughts seemed geared to empathy and synpathy for the man.
Why don't you use some of that empathy and sympathy for Howard. He at least stuck it out to the bitter end with Anna.
Pretty soon all of the DNA issue will be resolved and then whoever is the father will have to be Background Investigated to see if he is fit to raise the Baby. Being the NATURAL PARENT doesn't mean they are the BEST interest for the child.

TOURISM is what controls Bahama's island economy. Bahama saw what happened to Aruba and they are smart enough to understand that they do not want it to happen to their island country too. (Read scaredmonkeys.com from summer 2005 to now if you do not believe this). By actively contacting the Bahamas it shows them that the world is watching them closely. Because of both their FUTURE economic interests and their island's REPUTATION, they are more likely to do right by the . . . BABY . . . HOUSE . . . RESIDENCY . . . DANIEL'S DEATH IVESTIGATION . . . ANNA'S DEATH as related to the Bahamas . . . the DRUGS . . . and ALL the other INVESTIGATIONS.
The governmental authorities know they are being CLOSELY WATCHED when they have TONS of emails, letters, and phone calls directly to them.
GOOGLE: "Bahama corruption" and get SHOCKED, even before Anna arrived on the islands. The scandals . . . political corruptions . . . they have already started IN THIS CASE with HK$ (Shane Gibson and more ??? . . . there sure does seem to be a whole lot of his relatives in very high governmental offices . . . and around the baby).
GET ACTIVELY INVOLVED NOW PLEASE !
The BABY could be the next victim of an "accident . . . or sudden infant death" !
CONTACT the Bahamas and DEMAND that they have an IMMEDIATE non-tampered with paternity test done that day! (SEVERAL from different labs including in the US to make sure the results are real) and then immediately give the baby to her real father to bond with. STOP THE STALLING. That could all be done within 24-48 hours.
DEMAND that they immediately remove the baby from Stern and all his cohorts. Give the baby at least to her biological family to be bonding and taking care of her instead of a nanny, and in case neither Stern nor Birkhead is the biological father until the real father is proved.
DEMAND that they investigate the BAHAMA RESIDENCY because it very well could be that Anna and Stern should not even legally be in the Bahamas as residents if corruption was involved, or there was not enough time for true residency to have occurred. That might send the baby back to the US jurisdiction for the legal issues, not the Bahamas, and then SEND THE BABY TO THE US.
BAHAMA . . .the WORLD is watching ALL of your INVESTIGATIONS, actions and non-actions !

All you people who are so sure that HKS would make a ggod parent need to remember all the things he did between the time ANS died & the time she was buried.
(1) He let MO ride with her dead body to the hospital. this is the man who never left ANS's side.
(2) Rode to the Bahamas in a plane with the ET Crew, letting them film his "grief & sorrow"
(3) Offered G. Ben Thompson the house being remodeled and the yacht in exchange for Horizons.
(4) Agreed to give LB proof of his paternity in exchange for KEEPING the house & the yacht.
(5) Offered to give LB Danilynn if he could be the executor of ANS's estate& Administrator of Danilynn's estate.
(6) Neglected Danilynn to the point she is severely underweight and possibly has Failure to Thrive syndrome.
(7) Kept her mother drugged up prior to her birth which likely caused her to be born addicted.
(8) Keeps her so sedated she sleeps 14 to 16 hours a day.
Yes, that the type of man who should be a parent to Danilynn. If the truth comes out, he doesn't stand a chance of paternity or custody. Guess, come Friday, we'll find out if you can buy a baby in the Bahamas.

Mo-- I couldn't agree more! Bravo! Well said. That moment on the stand stuck with me and I fully expected him to say, "yes she was", but after i thought about it, I had the same thoughts that you did.
Ali Powers-- We're talking about a BABY here. A baby that was taken away from the man who was told from then beginning was his. It's not as if he all the sudden claimed her to be his, like some other losers. Why should Larry be made accountable for all the men who've "played a woman along"? And sympathy for Howard? Why? Show me some real tears and genuine emotion from the man and then maybe, MAYBE. So far I have seen him acting. His "eulogy" was not a eulogy, it was a stage for HIM. The day was for honoring Anna, which did not do, but Larry did. You cannot deny that he is genuine and is not about ME ME ME the way Howard is.

why ask yourself would howard try to negoiate a deal with larry saying I'll give you danielynn if I can have her money???? does this sound like something a real dad would say, I think not, he knows dannielynn's dad is Larry, do the dna test on the baby to prove it and no, they don't need howards dna but they the bahamas need to force howard to give the baby to the courts so they can take her dna, that will clear up alot of this tragic mess, and prove once and for all who the father is, which it is not howard and he knows it.

Thank you for all this info. I tried last week to email all the government officials in the Bahamas but all were returned. I feel the same way you do and thanks to you and this info I can now proudly say...I have emailed everyone on the above list with only 1 return.
Until I know otherwise I will stand by my original beliefs that Larry IS the father and that he has the right and Dannielynn has the right to know the facts so she can live a normal life away from HK$. Even if it turns out that HK$ is the father I still think he should not be allowed to raise this child. He and his family obviously have no sense of responsibility since they all seem to be living off their parents.
Krista Barth was doing an interview and was asked again why HK$ won't comply with the DNA and again she evaded the question with a sequence of "poor Howard's", and she kept drifting further and further away from the question.
Larry on the other hand has been trying to prove he is the father since before the baby was even born and as a matter of fact since before they, she and HK$, went to the Bahamas.
I say let's get this thing on and hurry up with all this court stuff so baby Dannielynn can be united with her papa.

I am an impartial observer.. but I can't help but notice how in the story above it is all one-sided. Meaning it is only Larry and his lawyer commenting on what went on. Nothing to prove any of what they are saying is true. No words from any of STern's lawyers, nada.
TMZ and all the rest of the rag mags say "sources" ...gave them the information.
That could be anyone. And no one.

Most of the stories I have read similiar to the above are all the same. Larry and his lawyer saying blah blah. "sources" giving the info.
Again nothing has been said by Howard or his lawyers to confirm any of this took place.
Until they confirm it is true, I am very skeptical.
