Believe me I am in no way discouraged! I know I have a right to express my opinion just as much as anyone else. The only thing that urks me is when it's so obvious in that clown tape that Howard was seeing dollar signs instead of warning signs. Then people actually think he's suitable to raise this child. I know there are a lot of people who could have helped Anna get off the drugs, but Howard, in his own words, was there for twelve years. Believe me if it were someone I cared about and they were pregnant, I would go to the police and get help. In my opinion, even if this is Howard's child he is not the kind of man who should be charged with raising a child.

Please everyone who is reading these comments. Refer to No. 3438 for the addresses and forward your replys. We want action in this paternity case. Enough is enough. This baby's life depends on it. She is in danger with Howard K. and if anyone doesn't think that then they are plain stupid. He is holding that baby from ransom you might as well just say. Her real father has been fighting for her since the day she was born and its ridiculous that it has taken 6 months already. Send your comments to the Bahamas and let them know that tourism will depend on the outcome of this whole mess.

You hope but don't know, and what is he doing making not one, but 2 children with a woman he sees as compromised? For fame and what else, potential.

Your childish name calling, is horrid. The child is being supervised in the Bahamas, she is in no danger. Anyone who would harm her at this juncture would be stupid. Their tourism will not depend on this. The Bahamas caters to others be sides judgemental Americans. In fact alot of us really want to go now.

First off, two people died young and mysteriously with HKS within close proximity. I have no idea why someone, who has acted like he has around ANS over the years, should deny Dannielynn knowing for sure who her real father is. It's obviously a control issue, just like HKS was with ANS. HKS had a very good reason for 'being there' for ANS all those years. It's called a contingency fee of 6% you are contracted with that person to get since you met on a possibly HALF A BILLION DOLLAR settlement.

Secondly, I found it extremely refreshing and HONEST that Larry Birkhead didn't lie and say that ANS was the 'love of his life'. How can he say that? He could have very well made it sound good and said yes, but c'mon, do you think that is actually true? How can ANS be the 'love' of anyones life romantically or emotionally? She was a total trainwreck who led a very torrid life. I would bet, if it wasn't for Dannielynn, he wished he never even met ANS.

I think it showed courage and honestly that Larry Birkhead didn't fall into that trap of a question and lie to make it look good.

If ANS did to me what she did to Larry Birkhead, I would hate her guts forever. You don't play with someones emotions like that for months and tell them you are having a baby together and then run off out of the country on them and expect to be the 'love of their lives'.

3415. Thank you Chrissy. I too and all my friends have contacted the Bahamas.

Grace, if Stern deserves the baby then he should immediately have a non-tampered with legitimate DNA test done on both him and the baby so she can bond with her true family and so all of this will be over with for the best interest of the child. There should be NO more stalling whatsoever for any reasons.

The Bahamas have been by appearances so far doing a good job investigating Daniel's death and probably are also involved in investigating Anna's too. Hopefully the hearing on Daniel's death will show what really happened to him, and shed more light on what happened to Anna too. I just hope the Bahamian investigators and government CONTINUE to do a good job, and NO corruption occurs.

Apparently though, it is against Bahamian law to even have Methadone on the island, much less received through the mail, etc. so the baby will need to have her biological family raise her since he will probably be in a Bahama jail soon. That is not a hate slur but a legal fact relating to Bahamian law. It also appreas he will be SO tied up with legal battles in every direction for years to come, he will not be the best that DannieLynn could have raising her, which is my opinion.

So ask yourself : Who would benefit by saving these? Who had the opportunity to do it? A story in the Bahamas came out that talked about the "setup" of Shane.

If one were to look at the situation involving Minister Gibson more closely, then one would realize that Minister Gibson was really a victim, that -if fate had not taken a hand -would have been led not only to the political slaughter house, but morally scarred for the rest of his life. Let us take a look at the following scenario: Smith is attempting to acquire a home without -according to reports -using her own cash; but that of a former lover; Producing documents and evidence that allegedly were genuine; Developing a close relationship with a Minister of the Government, in an area vital to her application being approved, and his family, and going to the extent of having her Lawyer and Companion photographing her and the Minister in a manner that would suggest something more than a casual relationship. This in my opinion was a calculated scheme to -if the need ever arose - blackmail the hapless and naive victim into submission or take him to destruction.

This woman may not be college educated, but she seemed to be well versed in the art of deceit and deception. A factor in this whole episode that is being overlooked is MURDER, yes, not one murder but two. The case of Daniel's (Her Son) death is highly suspicious. I seem to remember someone, either a patient or a nurse, making a statement that at the apparent time of Daniel collapsing, Miss Smith was heard to say, "You are the cause of this" or words to that effect. Daniel was her Heir, and in case of her death, in a position, according to the Will of 2001, to be the Sole Inheritor of her Estate.

In the case of Nicole's death, all circumstances surrounding her death, including the administering of medications before her ill fated departure from this planet; should be investigated to the fullest. Both Daniel's death and Nicole's, should be treated as suspicious.

Her death whether by hands of Providence or by Human Design, was a blessing in disguise not only for Minister Gibson but this nation as well. Minister Gibson has committed no Crime and indiscretion. Impropriety yes, but no crime.

My eyes are not what they used to be but on comparing Danniely’s photo with the first four men photos that were published, the baby appears to be a spitting image of Mr. Marshall. It looks like even in death Anna Nicole Smith has made fools out of a lot of people.
