Put an end to this and give her to her father, Larry. Get her away from HKS, before it's too late. Any where would be better than that blood sucker.Even Mommy dearest.
HKS has always been motivated by money. He has made millions since the death of both DLS and AKS. Do the test before the baby is number three. I am starting a chain letter to send to the Bahamian goverment....Any one who feel the same ....start a writting and e-mailing and sending the information to all you friends who feel the same.

3452. I believe if Howard was the father he would quickly submit to a DNA test. The reason he hasn't is because he is not the father. I think that it is so cruel for someone to know that the father of the child wants their child and they not give them to their parent. Yet when a person is under pressure they will do things that normally you wouldn't do. Howard is using the baby for many reasons yet they are all to benfit him and his lawyers.

3455. larry and dannielynn are being kept apart for no other reason than howard k stern's greed of money..he is being denied the right to bond with his child..this should be a happy time for larry and dannielynn, as father and daughter.they should be bonding and getting to know one another..its bad enough that anna has died and she will never have the memories of being held by her mother,and now it looks as if she won't have that from her bio dad larry either..anna fled with howard to the bahamas to escape from larry and the paternity test..larry is not one of the men who came out of the wood work after annas death,, he was there from the very begining..he wants to have his daughter..please give him his daughter..do not keep denying him his right as the bio father and do not deny dannielynn her right to bond with her father larry..it seems like the court appointed gaurdian would demand this dna test for her sake after all it is in her best interest to know who her father is..everyday that goes by she is robbed of her right to know and spend time with and bond with her natural father larry..howard is a creep,a thief,a hanger on,a leech,a bum ,and is unfit to be around dannielynn..he is dangerous to the health of this beautiful baby..after all it was he who while anna was in the hospital pregnant with dannielynn,, who brought in more drugs to anna and baby dannielynn..why hasnt the gaurdian thought of that and tried to protect her now..howard in a great sense ''pumped drugs into that baby before she was born,'',while she was in the womb..before she was born?? now he's so called taking care of little dannielynn..do we really trust him to do that now after two deaths on his watch daniels,and annnas.? .larry should sue howard for depriving him of his parental rights and the robbing of this most precious time with his baby..and his right to bond..she should be bonding now with her bio dad larry,,he is her blood relation and above all her parent..her true parent..it's well believed his love is genuine and heart felt and he would be a great father..why hasn,t anyone mentioned the fact that he is being deprived of his parental rights..we know it is implied of course,,but it should be stated from larry and debra opri, ''that larry is being deprived of his parental rights''..maybe he can name howard in a lawsuit about being deprived of his parental rights... i would like to tell debra opri good job and go for it most of america is behind you 100 %..i know i am, as are many of my friends..it is also believed that in the wake of annas drug use while pregnant with little dannielynn,that larry should be asking for medical testing on this child right now to make sure the child is progressing physically,mentally and normally due to the drug use of her mother anna n smith..she is beautiful and looks wonderful on the outside but she needs to be checked for medical problems that could occur in the years to come,,or may be occurring now..as for howard k stern he needs to let dannielynn be with her real bio dad larry..howard wants the money and to stay in control of anna and her money ''even in death.''. ''he is that obsessive..'' it's believed that anna did want to be buried with her son,,but it's also believed she would have wanted to be in the united states..it's believe that when daniel died she felt cornered and that she could not come to the united states for fear of court battles do to paternity,and howard talked her into burying daniel in the bahamas so she could be close to him,after all daniel was her world..it's believed that when the paternity crisis was over with,, she would have come back home to the states and had danniel exhumed and brought him back to the states also..too bad she never got the chance..larry had the right to pursue his parental rights then and most surely does now..larry is not the bad guy here..he was the one who truly cared for anna,and things may have worked out for larry anna and the baby had it not been ''for the ever ''controling,decietful,,hanger on,,.leech,,bum,,watcher,,creep,,.. howard k stern..he said he was anna's lover yet he slept on the couch just to be near her,while she and larry were together as a couple sexually in thier bedroom..how creepy is that.?.if you notice when anna and howard were in a picture or video he constantly had his eye on her watching her every little move..was he obsessed i think so.?.he shut her off from family and friends so she had no one but him..it's also thought that, he kept filling her head with ideas that no one wanted or loved her and that it was only him that could protect her and keep her safe, when she was under the influence of alcohol and drugs..it's thought, he was brain washing her into believing these lies and all the while making sure she was heavily medicated most of the time..this is how people control other people,by making sure to separate them from friends and family,and convincing them that they are there to protect them..this is sad that this happened to someone as beautiful as anna,and daniel, its even sadder that this is happening to dannielynn,and her bio dad larry..unfortunately he will miss her first smiles,,the first time she sets up by her self,,the first time she crawls,,her very first word,,the first time she takes her very first step to walk,,will he ever know the sound of her voice when she cries for him..?? not unless the authorities who are in control,, force the dna test..why won't someone who is in charge oder this test for dannielynns dna to determine who her bio dad is.??why deprive her and her bio dad larry of the wonderous relationship of father and daughter.??for anyone who has children of thier own and even those with out children of thier own,,they know how devastating this is to a father and daughter to be kept apart..it is not right to make this father have to travel to another country to be with his child..and this is exactly what has happened in this case,a united states citizen,,a tax payer,,a law abiding citizen is forced to go to another country to fight for his child and the rights of that child because no one here is willing to make the call,,to order it done,and make sure it gets done..it's sad to know that a parent can take your child in utreuo while pregnant to another country and have that child and then put someone else's name on the birth certificate and take away and destroy your rights as a parent to that child forever..in the country where this farce has happened,,this country should make things right for little dannielynn and larry ..it should not with hold a parent from or deprive that parent of his or her rights as a parent..it should seek justice and the knowledge of justice by testing little dannielynn and larry to learn the truth of her lineage and parental rights........... my prayers are with you larry and dannielynn..by, stephanie

3456. HKS is the father of Dannielynn .... Birth Certificate .. Anna wanted him to be the father.
Dannielynn is a Bohamian regardless. She is under Bohamian laws not US laws.
HKS did not suggest the Bahama's to have the baby .. Shelley's did after Anna asked them .. read the transcript. After Anna talked with Bahama's she made her mind up and towed HKS there. He works for her .. remember? He is still working for her till this is resolved.
HKS is taking care of baby and dr reports Dannielynn is healthy and doing well.
It was Anna who took the Shelleys up on the Horizon house and then tore up the papers screaming it was a gift .. not HKS
If Anna was in such bad shape and Howard was so bad .. why did the Shelley guy let his daughter stay with them?
The Shelleys went into the house and stole Anna's and HKS important documents and personal items belonging to Dannielynn .. WHY? What were THEY trying to get their hands on before anyone found? Something incriminating is my guess! Something to take the heat off them maybe? They should be in jail for tampering with evidence then!
Why should HKS have to move right now? Nothing is proven in the court yet. This man covered Anna for years! You don't think he is going to tuck tail and run do you?
HKS told Anna he is going to fight for her and what she wanted! He made that final declaration to her and to the world in his Eulogy. He is doing that! You think he cares what you or anyone else is saying? I think not!
What was Larry's final declaration to Anna and to the world? His pink tie?
HKS doesnt have to have residency right now! Why waste his time? He is a visitor for 8 months and each time he is called out of the Bahama's it begins over again to 8 full months!
There was reason enough that Anna did not want Larry in her or Dannielynn's life. So much so she moved to the Bahama's to see to it! I wonder what that was about? We may never know! She had to be desprate enough to move out of the country! Why?
Anna was not stoned out of her mind for all the 10 yrs or so that HKS has been her attny! He must not have been THAT BAD! She was not THAT STUPID!
HKS is a very good attorney and my bet is on HIM! Opri can yell into the mic all she wants and act a big shot for attention .. she doesnt have a chance in the fire below! HKS won at the highest level of court ... The Supreme level. What has Opri done? Oh yea she was hired by Micheal Jacksons dad to explain to them what was going on in court on THIER LEVEL! Look it up if you dont believe me! She needs this case for her career, nothing less .. nothing more!
My guess is Anna killed Anna because she wanted to stay asleep to be with Daniel because she kept dreaming he was calling for her. Her body was weak and she answered his call that day .. end of story!

3457. $tern calls himself an attorney, since when does someone have an attorney as executor of her will which makes his duties to disburse the estate to the heir Not for the lawyer to take over living in the house!! $tern is wasting Dannielynn's inheritance squandering it on unnessary legal fees how dare him! What kind of executor is that? This man needs to be investigated and removed from the bar! Once Anna died why didn't Howard STOP the transaction on the house Anna was having remodeled and stop the purchase of that motoring yacht Dannielynn would be served better with her money from those items in the bank and not supporting $tern like her Mother did. Howard, Do the Right Thing......Get that baby her DNA and unite her with her real Dad and move on with your life.

3460. How can anybody think that Howard could be the father. He is the guy filming Anna 8 months pregnant and stoned out of her head. What father would let the mother of his child get that way? Maybe he was feeding her drugs and hoping she would lose Larry"s baby. Then it would just be Howard and only Howard in Anna's life.

3461. Anna was without any doubt Dannielynn's mother and there is and was no way she wanted that pyscho Birkhead to be the father. Birkhead cannot prove one word he is saying about Anna and the baby prior to her birth, it is all heresay from him.

If not Birkhead needs to provide proof!

How does anybody know what Anna said to Birkhead, it could all be a pack of lies and yet those of you who pass judgement of Stern have not at any point questioned Birkhead's stories.

Anna obviously did not love Birkhead and it is obvious he is not telling the truth as to why she did not want him in her life. He is a weak character and I saw no great remorse from him when Anna died, if anything he was/is glorifying in the attention. He was Anna's sole photographer and earned his money only from her. Whilst pregnant she chose to end their relationship therefore, he lost his only form of income. He also signed an agreement with her to to sell photos or divulge any info regarding her. He broke that contract, he sold photos of her dead son to make money. Anna was heartbroken and was suing him.

Do you still think Birkhead is a nice man!

Whilst Anna was clearly unwell due to overcoming pnuemonia and burying her son in the Bahamas, Birkhead issued legal proceedings for a paternity test. GUESS WHAT THAT IS NOT ALL. HE WANTED FULL CUSTODY AND A HEFTY MAINTENCE FROM ANNA for Dannielynn. He has the audacity to say he was worried about Anna's sanity, when it was him who created the madness and unnecessary stress in her.

This dispicable man Birkhead killed Anna with his lies, and kicking her down whilst she was heartbroken due to the loss of her son and then wanting to remove her baby from her.

She chose Stern to be her husband and her child's father. She was no fool and those of you who think she was, should take note of all the witnesses accounts of her personality.

It would have been impossible for Stern to make her do anything she did not want to, even Birkhead echoed this.

Anna and Howard made a committment to each other. It is obvious how much he loved her and because of his love for her, no way could he or would he have done what Birkhead did to her.

It is time to start asking Birkhead a few questions. What were/are his motives. Even if he is the biological father, that does not mean he will be a good father or is an honourable man who will protect Dannielynn. I have seen no evidence regarding him, his past life or how he is earning money at the moment. Is he the devil we don't know!

I believe Howard K Stern is a good man and will make an excellent father to Dannielynn.
Even if Birkhead were (which I sincerely hope he is not) the bio father and there is not any proof that he is, I hope for Dannielynn's sake that Stern will always be in her life to protect and love her just as he did her mother.

If Birkhead get's custody of Dannielynn, how will she feel when she is older to find out his backhanded motions of getting custody and pushing her mother to her deathbed with his untimely demands. Surely, Birkhead could have allowed Anna time to overcome her illness and grieving, before issuing demands.

Birkhead killed Anna.

3463. Anna told Larry Birkhead, that she would not submit to a paternity test. What would you all be saying if she were alive! It was her choice and not Stern's.

Birkhead is not Anna's choice and who says his the real father anyway, only him and apparently the majority believe it. Why, should Stearn go against Anna's wishes and maybe she told Stern he is the father.

Either way, Stern does not have to prove it unless the Bahamas courts say so.

Anna hadn't seen her mother in over ten years, so how in that time could she possibly of known anything about Anna. Anna hate her mother.

You only have Larry Birkhead's statement saying he tried to save Anna from drugs. Firstly, he attested in court he was unaware of whether she was on drugs, he just assumed she was. Never at any stage has Birkhead been able to prove anything he has said about Anna. His actions towards her whilst she was overcoming pnuemonia and the grieving of her son are abysmal.

Get a grip, before passing ascertions, Birkhead is no innocent in the killing of Anna, it was him her pushed her over the edge.

3465. For all those who believes that Howard K. Stern has the rights over Anna Nicole Smith baby should consider this: Anna was not in her right frame of mind and possibly misusing drugs
whether they were legal or illegal. Therefore she has no more rights as a parent as
the biological father. In the real world a drug abusive mother would have her child
taken away from her because of misusing drugs and the baby would go to the state,
legal guardian or possibly the biological father.

If Howard K. Stern feels that he is in a better position to have the baby because Anna
Nicole Smith put his name on the birth certificate. (Wrong) Do not forget the fact
that Howard K. Stern also was around and protecting Ana Nicole Smith and son. ????
But they are dead.

For those that are siding with Howard K. Stern ask yourself would you let him watch your baby knowing all of the alleged information. All the family & proclaimed friends could have helped Anna Nicole Smith during her most critical stages in her life and they did not.

Don't let friends and family members do drug and say you Love them.
