3466. The people here should stand together for the baby. If the Bahamas Courts don't want to do WHAT IS ONLY RIGHT IN OUR GODS EYES and that is give the baby to its real earthly father. Then lets stay out of their HELL PIT.We all know that this baby was Made in the U.S.A are court needs to stand up for this one. If you hit a woman with child on U.S soil and the baby is miscarried it is called a killing. So this baby was alive on our U.S soil. THIS IS OUR LAW. This baby has lost everything but its daddy for Gods sake do the DNA. Tell Howard if he gains the world and loses hes soul what did he really gain like Dannie N Anna his day Will come and he Will meet the Lord Our God the real Judge. Dont ask for forgiveness Howard you had a chance to make it RIGHT.

3467. larry if you are reading this please keep debra opri as your attourney..she is wise beyond her years and yes she can be aggressive but you need someone aggressive to stand by you,,with you,, and for you..i truly beleive she has your best interst and the best interest of little dannielynn at heart..she is a wonderful person and will be a valuable asset to you now and in the future..howard k stern is afraid of her,,at this point they want you to get rid of her because she is on the right track and they feel threatened..thats thier problem..at this point debra is probaly the only one you can trust at this time..larry you are a very decent,,kind and loving man,please dont let the negative nay sayers out there confuse you..dont let them cause you to distrust debra opri..they want debra out of the picture so they can gain momentum and control you..keep your cool and dont have contact with them or anyone else with out debra opri present..this is for your and dannielynns benefit..do not make a deal with howard k stern or any of his cohorts,,your baby is not for sale..you will prevail !!!! people will say things,, horrible things about you unfortunately,,just keep your chin up and beautiful baby for money..this is just greed pure and simple..this ought to raise some eyebrows some where to authority figures, - ie,- judges,,police detectives,,coroners and everyone else..everyone out here knows or most everyone who paid attention knows that anna never had a sexual relationship with howard k stern...were they friends yes..did he help her with getting and taking those med's yes..did he work for her some and'''' i stress some,''''',yes..how ever thats all he did except leech off her ,,let her pay his bills and basically raise him..he is a gold digger from his own mouth his parents supported him paid his bills and then he hooked up with anna a very insecure young woman who always had to watch out for her and her son daniel..it was shortly there after in the time frame that anna began using drugs..he held onto her coat tails,,worked his way into her inner circle of trust and friendship and there he clung to her for a free ride for life..a real man does not do this..you however paid your own bills and paid your own expenses,,now that is a real man..i do not beleive that you want your child for money ,especially since you only wanted what was right from the beginning,,your child..you wanted your child from the moment you knew she existed..you have been here waiting all this time for you daughter and you probably would have had her if it had not been for howard k stern...it was you who tried to keep anna off and away from drugs..it was howard k stern who fed them to anna and your baby while she was pregnant,,and then afterwards.....most of the american population knows that anna had ask other men to claim little dannielynns paternity as father..anna told you that the baby was yours,then asked g ben thompson to say he was the father of little dannielynn..when that failed after daniel died she had to name someone there was no one left to ask but howard k stern.of course he readily agreed to do so,,after all it would finally give him an intimate connection to her..not to mention money down the road..after all she was in a desperate state needing a fathers name for the birth certificate,,he probably convinced her it would be ok,,'''''''''as her so called legal advisor.''''''.oh and another thing''the so called will'' i beileve he had it drawn up in case something ever happened to her so he could be the executor of her estate and daniel..i also beleive that howard k stern intended to fix it where if she later married or had other children that no one could lay claim except him and daniel..mainly him..thus no provisions for future spouses and children..it is beleived that daniel had been so concerned about his mother that he in fact did have a private investigator look into howard k stern and what he was doing in connection with anna and everything surrounding her..daniel knew something was not right...it is believed that daniel was afraid of howard k stern,,after all he grew up living with howard watching creepily , his mother's and himself everymove..so he was in a sense a looming scary authority figure who was drugging his mother and controling them both..i dont think howard k stern liked the fact that daniel was almost grown and would not need him to be the executor of anna's estate should something ever happen to anna....daniel was becoming a problem for howard k stern,he was growing up and howard could no longer control him,,and he was affraid that daniel was wise to him and would no longer need him..plus if daniel being more in charge of himself and possibly even his mother anna, because they were so close to each other might tell his mom to get rid of howard k stern..that howard was no good and he didnt trust him..wow howard couldnt let that happen,,no way..this all coming on the eve of dannielynn's birth ..if howard k stern was to get rid of daniel then he could usurp him self even closer to anna..there would then be no one close to her except the baby dannielynn and himself..he would then still be in the running for being the executor of anna's estate,,there for he could then continue to have anna to him self,and her money..now with dannielynn someone never to be expected,, another pregnancy,,another child,, howard did not want her to remarry or have any lover ,,or another child,,that could become a problem for howard k stern because he was so obsessed with anna and her money..he was so jealous it is belived that howard k stern hung around so close as to even sleep on the couch while anna and larry her true lover had a sexual relationship in thier own bedroom..that is when howard wasnt barging in on them at all hours of the day or night...wow and howard k stern says they were intimate and lovers to boot..''dont think so.''.he was creepy in that aspect..howard says they were to be married,,if so why did'nt they do it in the bahamas..it was a simple friendship commitment ceremony..she did not want to be married to howard k stern,,it was a bluff so she could keep little dannielynn..she could'nt have been sexually attracted to him..thus why the other lovers before larry..just like she didnt want to make love to her ex husband howard marshall..no bad connotation's implied against ''mr.howard marshall,'',he truly loved her..however she did not want to make love with him,,just like she did not want to be with howard k stern...did howard love her ? maybe in some creepy ,,wierd, way...he was definately obsessed and infatuated with her,,in a ''s t a l k e r '' kind of way definately..howard k stern knew that vulnerable anna was his meal ticket..thus why he usurped his way into her life after the howard marshall case..it seems to be after that,,that howard started spinning her away from friends and family..alienating her from friends and family,,so she would become soley dependant on him..thus asserting himself further into her private life..these are the ways of someone to manipulate and control a vulnerable person such as anna,,then add drugs to the picture an addict in the making..a manipulative ,,controling,,spineless,,user,,free loader,, leech and bum,,who basically lives off his parents and a vulnerable woman with a small child..has'nt howard k stern lived and sponged off her enough...its wierd how stern's ex law buddy and friend are named in anna's will....we know or can guess howards motives..as for anna's mom virgie i belive that virgie was a good mother and did not approve of her daughters choices in life,and definately did not approve of the drugs..however virgie did and does love her daughter anna..it's been said that howard k stern kept telling anna lies about her mother and supposed things she may have said..anna may have resented her mother for trying to intervene...add howard k stern stirring the pot and what do you get '''mommie dearset syndrome.'''..was virgie a mommie dearest ??[ no..].but was anna angry with her mom yes,,and when your angry you say things you don't always mean..drugs take over that person...but a mother loves her child regardless....it's been said that in her vulnerable moments when she wanted her mother that howard k stern would bring up bad memories and tell anna that virgie didnt love or support her..thus creating turmoil and indifference along with hatered in regards to her mother virgie..thus keeping virgie further out of her daughters life..as evidenced at anna's funeral by howard,,just think what howard k stern was like behind closed door's when anna wanted her mom......yes virgie may not have handled going to daniel's grave the way certain people would have expected her to do so,,but maybe she felt safe with going with those people after all she was going to a foreign country in uncharted territory..maybe she needed financial help also..maybe this was a way for her to get to go to see daniel...maybe these folks helped her with the understanding that at least this way she could then speak on record to her daughter,,to plea for her to be careful and safe....especially since howard k stern screen's anna phone calls keeps family and friends at bay...virgie may at some point have to make arrangements financially to be able to fight for her deceased grandson and daughter and the baby granddaughter dannielynn,,who are we to say or bad mouth her for trying to have contact with her grandbaby...at this point it's not like she's planning a get rich scheem...virgie stay strong...however don't try to take away larry's rights as a parent..you above anyone else knows how that feel's..if larry gets his child he has already said he would let you be in her life and share her with you...work together on this..if by some off the wall chance this is not larry's baby then you fight to get this child...but i belive larry is the father so dont hurt your self with larry,,do not alienate yourself from larry especially since larry is willing to welcome you into his circle..god bless you vergie and my 3468. $tern calls himself an attorney, since when does someone have an
attorney as executor of her will which makes his duties to disburse
the estate to the heir Not for the lawyer to take over living in the
house!! $tern is wasting Dannielynn's inheritance squandering it on
unnessary legal fees how dare him! What kind of executor is that?
This man needs to be investigated and removed from the bar! Once Anna
died why didn't Howard STOP the transaction on the house Anna was
having remodeled and stop the purchase of that motoring yacht
Dannielynn would be served better with her money from those items in
the bank and not supporting $tern like her Mother did. Howard, Do the
Right Thing......Get that baby her DNA and unite her with her real Dad
and move on with your life.

3472. Will anyone ever look or even care that these two very young people both died of unnatural reasons?, Needless to say Daniel had spoke with a P.I.? Annas mom had predicted trouble months before her death, Now Dannilyn is still and yet with the very person danny was in fear of and no one can seem to do anything about it? What exactly would we do if anything happens to this little girl, I'm scared the real question is what can we do?

The Bahamas know they are being CLOSELY WATCHED when they have TONS of emails, letters, and phone calls directly to them asking that they do the right things relating to the baby and the investigations. FLOOD Bahama with phone calls, letters, and emails! It takes people to open letters and emails, and answer ringing phones . . . those people will tell others about how the world is watching regarding the baby and investigations . . . they in turn remember Aruba (see scaredmonkeys.com or scaredmonkeys.net) and know that the world is quickly hearing about all the previous corruption in the Bahamas before and after Anna arrived (google Bahama corruption or similar (before), plus Anna Nicole and Gibson (after) . . . so the legal residents of Bahama may put pressure on their officials to do right for their future economy and reputation. The judges might be separate from the government (like in Aruba) but they should want their island's economy to prosper in the future.

This is not a call for a tourism boycott yet. It is a plea for Bahama not to make the same mistakes, so that their future tourism does not suffer. TOURISM is a KNOWN way to earn their money (the Marshall millions have been in courts for 12 years and is still being fought, so there may never be any money actually received). Let Bahama know the whole WORLD"s future tourists are WATCHING their decisions (actions and non-actions) regarding both the baby's CUSTODY and their INVESTIGATIONS !

Filming and laughing at a pregnant woman on drugs and not taking her to the hospital is horrid. Whatever went into Anna's system also went into the baby's and that should be a crime, not a "joke" as said on the tapes.
Kidnappers do not go free just because they bonded with their hostage (google "Stockholm Syndrome"). No, I am not calling Stern a kidnapper, but IMO he seems to be keeping a baby from it's biological families wanting (the control of the money for Anna's likeness, use of her name, future books, movie rights, etc. plus the possible Marshall estate) settlement arranged first ( Stern and Anna's lawyers' words).
It is also impossible to bond with a child you are not allowed to be with daily, so the biological families should not be penalized for not being close when they can not physically get close to the baby daily.

Bahama, please give custody to her biological families to raise in the United States for everyone's sakes. Both the US and Bahama, please do a great job on investigatigating Anna and Daniel's untimely deaths (and hopefully IMO imprisoning Stern and cohorts for something related to all of this). Please help to have custody of Dannielynn be given to her biological father or biological family.Her mother and brother are dead, both while being IMO with Stern and around all those drugs.
