31. The key is, be willing to take a risk. Also, scrimp where you can to save money so you have capital. Use other people's money. Trial and error. Learn as much as you can from other people who have done it and do your research. Check out investments, businesses and you don't have to go with them, but you learn by talking to the various people. Mortgage your house for capital, do not pay things off. Keep the money free for investing. There, I saved you money, now you don't have to go and listen to those blowhards.

Oh and one last thing, make your children learn the value of a dollar and learn to get in there and get their hands dirty. Don't let them ride on your coat tail like The Donald. He and Ivana sure made some fugly kids. Of course, that is not what Donald thinks since he wants to date his daughter. Can you imagine the in-bred child they would have? Ugh.

33. Oh, please, please, please. There is nothing that anyone in this family has to say that I would find remotely helpful or interesting. Mr. Trump is nothing but a blowhard. He is repugnant and repulsive, and while I know nothing about his children I am sure that they have absorbed some of his arrogant attitude.

34. Why don't Donald JR. and Ivanka do some volunteer work for a homeless shelter or an aids hospice Instead of hawking a book of recyled daddy Trump business tactics. I don't care how highly educated you are, compassion and basic human kindness and humility are priceless qualities. These kids may have had a good upbringing, but there sense of social conscience for the less fortunate is unheard of.

36. Actually, Ivanka doesn't teach anything in the seminar. Ivanka basically talks about her four loves which are the four projects her father has her watching over, and of course, she was late getting to the seminar which seems to be a Trump tactic that is meant to remind us how busy his family is (?). What I thought was an insult was James Smith. Talking about wireing gone bad, he had me wondering the whole time what he might be able to bring to the table as a business partner. Kudos for obnoxious and arrogant old men like James, but it did not impress me like Nathan Osman said it would at the beginning of the seminar. Actually, I was very disappointed in his presentation.

37. As a lark I attended this seminar yesterday in NJ. Besides some hucksters from a Utah Coproration selling their financial wares for about 3K a piece (IF YOU ACT TODAY!!) ..Donald Trump Jr. spoke for about 2o mnutes on such earth shaking breakthroughs such as "Love what you do" , Go with the momentum, Don't trust anyone, and other such pearls of wisdom....
Best thing about the day... - there is such a thing as a free lunch and you get the paperback book "Think like a Billionaire" by big Don
