Lets Get This Party Started
Britney's Rehab -- Not So Promising

Will Britney Spears make it through a month in Malibu in rehab? Much as everyone wants to believe, things are looking a little shaky.

Brit has managed to stay at Promises since last Thursday, but Us reports that she's "wavering" in her treatment, and that her cousin Alli has been dispatched to lend a hand. What's more, a source tells Us that her family is hoping that Spears will persevere, but "they're nervous she might not last that long."

Speaking of her family, Kevin Federline did what any responsible dad would do with his sons while mom's away – he took them to Vegas. K-Fed had to make an appearance at the Mirage Hotel, Fashion Disasters Gallery: Click to launch photosand decided to bring 17-month-old Sean and 5-month-old Jayden along. Not to worry – they weren't exactly slinging chips in their high chairs, because Britney's mom was there to look after them. K-Fed was, says a People source, "on his best behavior."

Pooch Munches on Leg o' Rachel

Rachel RayA dog in New York's Union Square Park found Princess of Perk Rachael Ray particularly delish last Saturday. According to Page Six, Ray was walking her own pit-bull mix – named Isaboo (just precious, isn't it) -- when another dog got all "aggressive" with Isaboo, prompting Ray to intervene.

In the end, Ray got the worst of it -- the mad dog took a chunk out of Ray's leg, though a nurse was there to take care of the wound and Ray is doing "fine." Now, as Ray herself would say, how good is that?

FOX to Ann -- Be Our Guest ... But That's It

Ann Coulter Despite referring to Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards as a fa**ot, FOX News Channel is standing by 45-year-old lanky, right-wing loudmouth Ann Coulter.

Just yesterday, FOX News booked Coulter on "Hannity & Colmes," where she defended her haughty homophobic invective, saying it was not "an insulting word" but a "schoolyard taunt" and a "joke."

TMZ asked FOX if they would dump Coulter. The obtuse response -- "Ann Coulter is not a paid commentator and her remarks don't reflect the views of FOX News Channel." We take that as a "no."

Bad Girls Gallery: Click to launch photosTMZ also contacted Coulter's agent to see if she would be dropped for making the remark, just like CAA's drop-kicked conservative radio talk show host Michael Savage over a similar homophobic remark against Melissa Etheridge. But the powerful William Morris Agency was mum on Coulter. We called and e-mailed, but no response.

Isaiah's F-Bomb Blows Up His Big Bucks

Isaiah WashingtonKatherine Heigl isn't the only member of the "Grey's Anatomy's" cast that's reportedly getting the shaft from ABC. Of course, in Isaiah Washington's case, there's a pretty good reason for his getting screwed, as Page Six points out. With all the cast in contract negotiations, Washington's recent gay-hating tirades and hot-headed antics are giving ABC reason "to keep from paying him more," says a source. "Isaiah knows it is his fault he may not get the fat raise he was going to get ... this is going to cost him millions." Washington's rep says, "We are going to do our business in private, not in the press."

Jerry SpringerParty Favors: Jerry Springer Springs Regis from "Talent" Gig ... Mel Filming in Panama? ... Still Want Jacko's Hand? Tickets Available

Jerry Springer will replace Regis Philbin as the host of "America's Got Talent" when the modern gong show returns this summer. Regis gave the constant bi-coastal travel as his reason for ditching the NBC series.. ... Mel Gibson is staying well away from Hollywood again with his next project, reports the AP. He's thinking of filming in Panama, possibly a biopic of explorer Vasco Nunez de Balboa ... If you've got $3500 to blow (and a grand for the plane ticket), you can still buy your chance to shake Michael Jackson's hand in Tokyo, as promoters say that the event, where fans get 30 seconds of face time with the King of Pop, hasn't sold out.

62. People, if you don't want to hear about stars, try not looking. Read good books or try to make the world a better place OR you can stay in whatever kind of life you're making for yourself and spend your time hating and criticizing famous people not having any idea what they're going through and what's really true and what's not.Your comments reveal what you are.

64. My prayers go out to Britney. She is just a regular person, with problems. We are all the same, regardless of race, creed, color, or amount of fortune or fame. Everyone has problems, and unfortunately Britney is paying for the high price of fame. The media hounds her, and never says the good things she does for her children, and family. I'm sure she has alot of good inside of her. I wish her well. As far as Anne Coultier goes, she should shut her mouth. Somethings are better left unsaid. Get well Britney. I'm prayin for you and your family.

65. I think it's time to drop the Brittany story. Leave her alone already, let the girl try to get her act together and stop pointing out all of the things she has done wrong in her life. Instead lets focus on the positive side, she's a brilliant singer, and I believe she can rebuild her career if the media stops pointing out every single thing that is happening her personal life. Her personal life is nobodys business but her own. Stop pointing out the bad things, and focus on the good for a change.

66. Why does anyone care about Spears? I for one have enough to fill my life without even wasting one thought on so called celebrites private lives. Amazing how some people get so emotionally involved in the life of someone they will never meet.
Peace out...

67. Rachel Ray...what a bitch. She is all lights and smiles for the camera but once the cameras turn off what a RAGING DEMANDING and ROOD bitch. Was at a taping in a local restaurant in Denver this time last year. Not only was she rood and dismissive to ALL THE GUESTS in the place but to the OWNERS of the restaurant as well. Many people looked up to her and were fans...needless to say she lost ALOT OF fans and was the talk of Denver and STILL IS. It is amaizing to me how someone with her profile now can act so badly and not expect to go under faster than she has risen to the top. THANK GOD Oprah is the money behind her! Pitty ...

68. Britney isn't the only bald actress in history. Maybe she was sick of her hair. it's not that big of deal. My hair is waist length blonde the guys go nutso for, but I hurt both my shoulders in an accident and have been thinking of going SUPER short, with maybe just a bangs. Bald isn't weird. I think she should do whatever she wants to do with her hair it's HERS after all.

69. My comment is to all of those so-called news channels who put a cracker like Ann Coulter on T.V.. Listen stop trying to make the ugly bitch famous, instead you should be trying to help the lonely white hoe find a life. Really the skank bitch needs a shrink, and not to mention a speech therapist the tongue tied little white hoe.

70. Goodluck to Brittney!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just because she is famous, doesn't mean she is faking it; being in the public eye at all costs ( her children, her marriage, family), just puts more stress on her, and if she is using that will only increase the problem. That is her escape, Hello if you know anyone who has had a similar problem you would relate. In all reality I'm sure our obssession with stars is in fact a huge role in their short term happy marriages. Privacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One has to have it or you will lose it. Best of luck Brittney, whatever it takes you keep your head up and continue your legacey, for you and most of all your boys and family. They love you unconditional.

71. i'm about sick of hearing about the right wing male butt licking bimbo ann coulter from faux news(fox), go find a pimp.

72. Britney is a regular person, just like the rest of us, only famous and rich. Her life is in the media's eye, and they only show what they want you to see. I am sure there are alot of good things that Britney has done lately. Her two children, her work, probably charity, and helping the poor in some way too. I'm sure she has done other good things. She has been through alot in the past 2 years. Hooked up with KFed, had her heart broken. Been used and abused by men for her good looks, and money. I pray for her healing, and I hope the world knows that we are all the same. Nobody is better than anyone. We are all the same. Regardless of race, religion, color, or wealth. GOD loves us all, and we all have our lessons to learn. Get well Britney, my heart goes out to you and your family. Your a beautiful girl, with great potential. Be strong for your children, they need a mother who is together. GOD will bring you peace. Give it over to him.

73. Ann Coulter is, as Al Franken wrote, a nutcase. She's an idiot, she never has ANY idea what she's talking about, and she makes Republicans look bad - or, rather, worse. Any true Republicans would be ashamed of this neo-con dumb bimbo.

74. Poor Brittney Spears! Has anyone thought that she may be suffering from postpartum depression? You know she did have two, count em 2 babies in less than two years. The worse part of it is that KFed is the boys' Daddy and just wanted Brittney to help him further his own career. Brittney had a whirlwind life the past few years . She's just a young woman that loves her man and wants to have the American dream. ie: a home, a spouse, and 2 children.
