Jennifer Hudson -- Liar, Ingrate?

Click to return to TMZ.comJennifer Hudson has been trash-talking "American Idol" and dissing on Simon Cowell. But the video evidence makes it clear -- the Dreamgirl is dreaming it all up.

"EXTRA" rolled back the tapes of Hudson on "Idol," and Simon clearly gave her props throughout the season, saying that she was a "front-runner" and calling her "great" multiple times -- high praise from the often harsh Cowell.

Why would Hudson rant about the show and the judge who moved her from obscurity to Oscar winner? Is she an ingrate? Watch the video, then vote.

78. I don't think that Jennifer is an ingrate. I think she is like most people, she remembers the last things simon said to her before she got voted off. I do think they are making a big deal about American Idol and what happened with Jennifer, but she would not be an Oscar winner without that show and I do feel she could be more grateful. But none of us knows what goes on behind closed doors with that show. I think Jennifer is a nice girl, but she needs to look at the tapes and realize that Simon was not all that bad. I do believe she is a god-loving woman and I hope that her career continues to grow. I do think she will have a very sucessful career, and she does owe a lot of her sucess to American Idol. Her voice was god giving and she did a great job in Dreamgirl's but.........she got her exposure from American Idol. I wish her much sucess.

87. Jennifer Hudson is a beautiful talented woman who made lemonaide out of the sour lemons that the Idol Show tossed her way. What is so wrong with her owning her own success? And what is wrong with her genuine feelings of hurt toward her Idol experience. I am sure we have no idea of the politics behind the scenes of what really goes on during that Idol Show.
