"Idol" Producer Slams Rosie, Defends Show

16. PLEASE!! I have pretty much the same view as Rosie. I don't really know if you can label it, like Rosie did. It's all about ratings baby and having a "hot" (to some people?!), pretty white girl (I am white) with a pile of nasty and hot (to some people?!) photos brings the viewers and makes the a==holes money!! This girl is not a very good singer. I for one am about sick of stupid, slutty, losers becoming famous! Remember the good old days when scandal would ruin a star....hell, now it makes every freaking nobody loser an instant "star" of sorts!!! ENOUGH already!!

18. I think that Idol should disqualify the girl. This is supposed to be a family show and they are not setting a good example. A girl that age has no business taking pictures like that and if it is her in the WWII fountain that is really disrespectful to that monument. I do wish that Rosie would just be taken off that show. I used to like that show until she came on and now she never lets anyone else get a word in and she comes out like she owns the show. I finally turned the channel because it was so frustrating to watch her overpowering everyone else.

22. Hey, did anyone else notice how snotty and pissy Barbara was to Rosie. I really love Barbara but she needs to stop being such a lilly. Wasn't this show all about having a "VIEW" and this means that you get to EXPESS it in forum of her freakin TALK show?! Sometimes Rosie should filter things just a little.....but I have to say, that if I was her today, I would have been VERY PISSED!!!!!!!!!

24. Good for American Idol and Lythgoe. Why won't someone please shut O'Donnell up? Her life must be so pathetic, that she sits up nights making lists of who to dog the next day. If the one contestant professionally posed for porn, AI was right to boot her; the other one should also be booted. And, please stop with all this crap about weight and race. 27. Rosie is one of the only people to have the guts to speak their mind. Now I am not saying that I agree with everything she says and I don't think that is what she wants everyone to do but she has very valid points. I enjoy listening to what she has to say. Go Rosie!

28. Rosie knows exactly how to push buttons and obviously does it on purpose and she does it well. She knows she will get a negative response from the public and those whose comments or actions that she has directed her comments to. Just like a child, negative attention is better than no attention at all. This fuels her fire. American Idol is the most watched show in America. By pushing those buttons, she is showered with attention. She could care less if the attention is bad - it is still attention and attention is what that sow craves. When all is said and done, someone should stick an apple in the pig's mouth.

If you don't like what Rosie has to say then don't watch the "View"

Its your CHOICE, everything in life is a choice, make one choice and quit bitching about what everyone else says or does.

I myself do not watch Rosies show, but obviously posts like this will only increase the shows numbers and popularity.
