109. First of all this is not a racial issue so for all of you on both sides of the race card..grow up!

I used to watch The View daily and Star just grated on my nerves day after day until i finally had to stop watching it. It had nothing to do with her weight or her color i couldn't stand her inflated ego and conceitedness. The name of the show was The View not Star's View! Black, white or purple to me she thinks she is better then everyone else on this earth.

I watch Court TV everyday and i assure you i won't be tuning in to her show. As it is i get annoyed with the hosts they have for talking over court proceedings. It's quite frustrating seeing the court proceedings being shown on the screen and hearing the host yammer on so you can't hear what's going on in court. Not to mention they go to commercial at the worst time 80% of the time. I wish there was another channel that showed trials without commentators and went to commercials during sidebars, breaks etc.. but i guess that is too much to hope for so i suffer through Court TV.

Court TV has the right to hire who they want and Star has a right to accept a job offer if she wants it but looking at the message boards on Court TV's web site she doesn't stand a chance of holding the job for very long. From what i read there are alot of viewers like myself that won't be tuning in to her show.

I have just been reading some of the coments about Star Jones, you people are sick and should find something to do with your time, Star is not asking you people for anything,you could be some place trying to help someone thats sick or need assistants instead of spending your time on line watching people who don't know you are alive and couldn't care less.

112. Wow! People are so mean. Personally I don't like Star Jones' look since the weight loss. I think it has aged her and I too wonder if any of her friends try to help her see that she doesn't look nice. But these comments about her are so mean and unnecessary.

115. Bawba LIED and on a couple of occasions to cover her A_ _. Star has remained quiet and out of the lime light, like the lady she is. She deserves better than she got at the View and will succeed at whatever she decides to do because she is educated, has class, and tells the truth. Instead of wasting your time spewing your negative energy, why not follow her example and begin to take control of your own lives. Perhaps that is what you envy: That she has been able to take control and remake herself life while you haters sit back, spew your filth, green froth foaming from the corner of your mouths, wishing you had half the brains and confidence she has. Barbara Walters certainly messed up and showed her true colors when she got in bed with Rosie. The only person left there with any integrity is Elisabeth. I really admire they way she stands on principles and doesn't waver. That's something that Babs, Joy and Rosie just don't have the ability to do.

Starr is a bit braggadocious, but she's done well for herself. She is smarter than anyone else in Hollywood because everyone else in Hollywood pays someone for promotion, Starr generates her own. That's Talent.
Passing the Bar Exam the first time is talent. JFK, Jr. flunked twice.
That makes Starr smarter than your presumed American Royalty.
Making a decision to live healthier is a sound life path.
Quitting before you're fired...priceless.

It's okay to choose what you watch on TV. It's not okay to hate someone just because of the way one looks.
