Antonella Barba: The XXX Bidding War

Antonella BarbaTMZ has learned that an adult video company has joined the check danglers who are offering "American Idol's" controversial competitor major dough, as they attempt to cash-in on her newfound slut-ebrity status.

SugarDVD, the largest renter of adult DVDs online, tells TMZ they've offered Antonella Barba a whopping $500,000 to become their new spokesperson. Last month, the same company offered $1 million to Kim Kardashian, which she refused.

If Barba signs, Sugar CEO "Jax" claims that her first gig would be hosting a launch party for their new video-on-demand service. Jax said he welcomed a bidding war, telling TMZ, "You saw her photos online, she's smokin'. We will not lose because of money." Neither will Antonella.

122. How could they vote off Antonella (who had minimal talent) and NOT vote off Sanjaya (who has no talent)? I was really hoping they'd both be gone. I can't wait till they get rid of the rest of the no-talent guys, and we can hear the ladies show their stuff.

129. I for one am very disappointed. I would have preferred the two girls voted off had stayed and a couple of the less attractive girls were voted out. I like the singing but I also enjoy the visual appearance of the performers. I KNOW it a singing competition but if they really wanted for people to vote solely on the performers’ voices then you is it not a radio show? At least now I don’t have to watch it any more because the “Top 12” is just a waist of time.

Maybe next year will be better.
