Foxy Brown Charged with Battery, Resisting Arrest

TMZ has learned that ruckus-happy rapper Foxy Brown has been slapped with misdemeanor charges of battery and resisting without violence, stemming from a fracas at a south Florida beauty supply shop. The charges were filed Wednesday in Broward County, Fla.

Brown, according to the police report filed after the February 15 incident, threw hair glue at an employee of the shop and then swung her arms in a struggle with a police officer -- who was attempting to get Brown to leave the shop after it had closed.

Just last week, Brown was spared jail time by a Manhattan judge, after violating probation she received after a fight at a Manhattan nail salon in 2004.

10. Stiffing waiters, making a mess wherever she goes. The woman has problems that are far deeper than what the judicial system can fix. Though a little jail time might remind her of how lucky she is to be in this country and not the one she came from where they'd simply kill you when you get out of line.

Good Luck Foxy, you need it and a lot of counseling, medication and handlers that are astute enough to not let you get in these public fraceses.
