Foxy Brown Charged with Battery, Resisting Arrest

TMZ has learned that ruckus-happy rapper Foxy Brown has been slapped with misdemeanor charges of battery and resisting without violence, stemming from a fracas at a south Florida beauty supply shop. The charges were filed Wednesday in Broward County, Fla.

Brown, according to the police report filed after the February 15 incident, threw hair glue at an employee of the shop and then swung her arms in a struggle with a police officer -- who was attempting to get Brown to leave the shop after it had closed.

Just last week, Brown was spared jail time by a Manhattan judge, after violating probation she received after a fight at a Manhattan nail salon in 2004.

18. bitch need to go to jail. What the hell's wrong with her . I think it's having too much too early in her life made her like this 'cause she has gone off the deep edge with this shit. I guess she think she's Naomi Campbell. All she need to do is throw something at somebody like me and i'll show her how to act a fool. This has been used to have a little talent what happened? Guess she did everything there is to do when she was on top and now she' s bored, talentless and just trying to keep us focus on her, but it all has been negative shit, somebody need to introduce her to REHAB too, 'cause she needs it BAD.
