53. This is all a load of crap; Kim Kardashian is a fucking liar. Talk to anyone at the tabloids or at video production companies, and they will tell you that these so called "stolen or illegally sold" sex tapes invariably were sold to them by those in them. They sign release waivers for the big bucks these tapes make; all the "outrage" and lawsuits are to gain more publicity for bigger sales of the tape; how sleazy & dishonest. How do we know this? Because if you want to block the release, it's easily done. Look at the Pam Anderson - Brett Michaels tape. Their tape was stolen & sold to a scumbag video company (the same one that released the Pam Anderson - Tommy Lee tape). Brett Michaels EASILY obtained an injunction from releasing the tape, and it's never been released. If you want to block the release, it's not that difficult.

Cut the crap, Kim Kardashian. Stop lying to the American public, pretending that "you're surprised, offended & outraged". You made a sex tape for the purposes of gaining publicity like your buddy, Parasite Hitler, and to make oodles of money. If you can't be honest with yourself, at least be honest with the public regarding your sleaziness.

54. #51 is right. The way to block the release of a "stolen or illegally obtained" sex tape is by getting a court injunction. Filing a lawsuit does no good because it doesn't address the release; if the lawsuit were legitimate, it would only address assessing monetary damage claims, not preventing it from being released.

I smell a rat here. If this chick Kardashian wanted to block the release, the injunction is the way to do it. Filing the lawsuit only makes things much more public; I'm betting this chick is doing this to publicize the tape's release. How Hollywood of her. Another "celebrity" (although I have no idea what she's famous for) who's only apparent skill is to get laid on camera...
