The doctor who prescribed Anna Nicole Smith methadone while she was pregnant is firing back at the man claiming that he's not cooperating with the investigation into her death.
After reports that the results of Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy were delayed by the medical examiner so he could examine additional evidence, an attorney for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor says he has nothing to add to the investigation.
Broward County Medical Examiner, Dr. Joshua Perper, had criticized Dr. Kapoor for what he says was the good doctor's refusal to cooperate with his investigation.
As TMZ first reported, Dr. Kapoor prescribed Anna Nicole methadone to her alias while she was pregnant. Ellyn Garofalo, Dr. Kapoor's lawyer, says that he has "been appropriately cautious about protecting the confidentiality of Anna Nicole Smith's medical treatment." She then calls out Dr. Perper, saying, "It's apparent that such caution is justified when the Broward County Medical Examiner makes public statements about a supposedly confidential investigation. The medical examiner's job is to determine the cause of Ms. Smith's death. Dr. Kapoor has no information that will help with that determination. Dr. Kapoor's treatment of Ms. Smith was at all times medically sound and he will continue to cooperate with any formal requests from authorities."

You want Virgie to sue Dannielynn?Because she's the sole beneficiary of Anna's estate...
Doctor Kapoor supplied Anna with medications. Last I knew Howard was an attorney not a Doctor, and last I knew an Attorney can't prescribe anything. Anna was an adult, she is the one who called her doctor for her meds, she was the one who got them shipped to her, she was the one that put them in her mouth.
This has been going on since childhood, even Virgie admitted she had to take her to Betty Ford and she wouldn't stay to get help and Virgie didn't make her. So that makes her an enabler too.
I wonder where Anna's drug habit started way back when she was a kid...did she swipe her mothers meds like most kids do when they want to experiment?
She was an addict at the point of no return when Howard came along....
Blame her mother and her doctors.

Bonnie I think you forced Dr Kapoor to prescribe methodone for Anna, I think you murdered both her and Daniel just because you were jealous of her and her stardom.I think you also held her down and injected her with unknown substances when you snuck into her hotel room when everyone stepped out. I heard that a PI was checking you out because you were making death threats against Anna,and you were making sure she was drugged up all the time.He also said you were trying to get her to sign over her new boat and houses to you, I know this is true because he wouldn't lie even though he never met you.
I also heard you were seen handing money to the room service guy and slipping poison into her food. You will fry for this, doesn't matter what is true or not, the public will convict you, that's all that matters.
any family member can sue for wrongful death............when an individual is killed as a result of another iindividual 's negligence or wrongdoing it is called wrongful death.....through a wronggful death lawsuit,aggrieved family have the rightto seek compensation for there lisses and suffering....virgie can sue.............medical neglect. pain and suffering.....
Just watched something on Catherine Cryer and one of the people ( i beleive she was one of those legal types with their opinion). She brought up a good point:
HOW CAN HOWARD EVEN BE ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE BAHAMAS AND LITEGATE ANYTHING - AS HE IS NOT EVEN A BOHEMIAN CITIZEN. HE DOES NOT OWN PROPERTY (THE 2ND HOUSE IS IN ANNAS NAME).
P.Binder (sp?) Ben Thomspsons attorney was addessing the situation with their stand on the house in question and said there would be people there on Howards end handling the estate. WHO IS HANDING THE ESTATE? Rubber Head Ron is my guess since that is how think i heard him referred to as the other nite.
On the subjest of SHANE GIBSON Catherine Cryer asked P. Binder how the people were reacting to Shanes Resignatiion, phone calls, etc., he said they were concerened, blah blah blah but that SHANE GIBSON still has his supporters in his party, i read elsewhere that even though he did resign, they just gave him another position. I did not get a real good feeling with all of the Gibsons in power and especially due to the fact that Gibsons mother has been watching Dannieylnn (future guardian?). I just hope and pray that they are not all bought our by HK$.

First, when Anna was saying "Do you like my body?" one of the photographers was the one and only Larry Birkhead. Second, Anna didn't own Trimspa, she was a client, as is anyone who loses a lot of weight through a company, so she could not be sued.

Just cannot believe what national enquirer just passed on to court tv.Many prescriptions pads were found in anna nicole home.also that a witness seen stern inject anna nicole also all kind of pills been prescribed by different doctors.Some intersting stuff going on.It was sick to see et tonight with that lady octor trying to spin the matter.also heard dr perper changed his cause of death and something about bahama police are now in florida at the same hotel that anna died.IT looks like maybe someone is finally is closing in on stern and all his croonies.Its time for stern and those doctors and all the other people involved pay for the deaths of these two people.
