Rosie Goes Belly Up

61. Saying Rosie looks like she has Downs Syndrome or is retarted is extremely disrespectful to anyone who knows or HAS a child with Downs Syndrome (as I do) or is retarded. Why is there such hatred & name-calling on this site??

While defending my son is my main concern, I also wanted to defend Rosie, as she was demonstrating "inversion therapy" which she does to help her relieve her depression. The View took the whole hour today to discuss different remedies for depression, which is so common and underrated.

So, "Steve" & "She's a Loud Mouth", and probably more judgmental and hateful people out there (I've only gone through page one), may you be judged and hated for something you cannot control (Downs Syndrome, retardation OR depression).

The most interesting thing to be about this message board is how little people are saying - yes I wrote a book - but if you read it, I talk about the things that Rosie has said on The View that upset me. I was invited on this board just as you are. But after this I will move will not fratnize you again.

The fact that so many are simply trashing people on here instead of writing something important about the issues Rosie advocate - prove to me - She is rude and some of you are rude to me. Just plain rude!

I write about the prejudices gays face and I write about a time when some people may have been too young to remember - and I get trashed for that.
