It seems that the "Terminator" star has been doing some terminating of his own. Since we last spotted him, he looks like he's demolished a few thousand double cheeseburgers... with fries and beer.
His current state also makes us wonder if his home has running water.
(And just a side note, smoking around children is really selfish.)

Its a good thing you are all so worried about smoking...as your civil rights evaporate - explain that too your kids...I never exposed you to second hand smoke...but you used to have a right to privacy oh.....Bet hes getting 5M for standing there smoking (that or hes tween shots).

Regarding the baby thing...this shot was taken with a long telephoto lens (most likely by paparazzi). Because the angle of view is so narrow, it only looks like the baby is right next to him. In reality, the mother/baby could be 30 feet away or more.

87. I agree with Chris in comment 82. First of all it's questionable whether the smoking is really happenning in the immediate area of the baby. Secondly, from the way some people have posted here you'd think that Eddie was actually burning the kid with the cigarette rather than just smoking it. Along with the photo itself, those posters have completely lost their perspective.
In addition to that this whole story is just nasty. Why would you kick a man when he's down? It must make these people feel better about themselves.

88. he looks cool, good on him, at least he aint shallow phoney hollywood trash. i don't smoke but my parents sure did, never hurt me none, bit of smoke won't hurt an itty bitty baby, hell the baby might smoke anyways .
89. I can't believe I'm sticking up for smokers, but I can't really blame him...it seems as though he took his activity OUTSIDE and his nagging (just guessing) wife brought the kid out by the opening (window, whatever).
So I really can't blame him.
As for him being fat and unshaven... maybe he's doing it for a part...but I don't have a clue about that.
