Ok he said SHE and Stern .. NOT just Stern! I did not see where he said Stern was shoving them down her throat either!
He was CONCERNED??? WTF? So concerned he said absolutely NOTHING at all to anyone that mattered in the protection of HIS alleged child Dannielynn! Where does he get off pointing fingers? So what if she pushed him away!! Looks like to me she knew what she was doing!
As for HKS I haven't much good to say about him either! The jury is certainly still out on his CRAP TOO! So those that think I am merely tearing LB down .. get a grip! There isn't one person in all this that doesnt have their hands dirty in some way! But to allow who you believe to be YOUR own child suffer before she takes her first breath is unforgivable! So wake up people!! Truth is if HKS wasn't involved in all this crap .. we would be talking about how LB didn't protect this child from the beginning or the other one that never got a chance to breathe! Truth is, he is just pretty and charismatic and alot of you are buying into it like teenagers!

To my knowlege there was a contract with ET before she passed away. So that contract had to be honored which is why ET was allowed inside the furneral. Which is why exclusive rights were sold to ET. While Anna was alive, I am sure they needed money for Pink House and its renovations so they could take permanent residence in the Bahama's or rather Anna could because time was running out for Horizons. Not sure what HKS intentions were except to marry with Anna because I am sure he studied Bahamian law a long time ago! It is my guess that he found they would be protected under Bahamian laws. Protected I mean avoid any type of paternity actions by LB. BUT with the birth certificate in question, as far as HKS being the father. I am not sure how this will finally play out. We will just have to wait and see.
Must keep in mind that the child my quite possibly become an award of the Bahama's in the event that HKS is relieved of his father status on the birth certificate. Then she would then be taken into court custody. Also the US cannot force a DNA to be taken if the Bahama's feel it is a right only for the child to choose. UNLESS HKS agreed to it! Confused yet? lol Bahamian laws and US laws contradict vastly! Again, we will just have to wait and see what the Bahama court rules this week.

No, it really does not help me feel much better because we do not know these people or who they are related to on the island, who their bosses are, who their connections are, etc. It might be better than no one at all checking on the baby, but not much. There were medical people all around Daniel, and officials in and out around Anna, and they still ended up dead.
She should be with her biological family in my opinion, and in the opinion of everyone I talk to in person and online.

There are several reasons for this. I googled Bahama around for awhile and governmental and office corruption, high crime rates, etc kept popping up pages and pages going way back before (and after) Anna arrived. Try googling Bahama and corruption or crime etc and you will see what I mean. The island has had officials taking bribes and worse for awhile and it is still current from their own articles.

I do not know if this was related in any way to Gibson, but Bahama even had a problem in the last week for something similar related to the island and their employees. It was all over their front pages and in the AP news.

When Gibson first got caught, the papers ran it in their headline news, and the islanders were more active with it than anything related to the case, BECAUSE they do ot trust their own officials because of rampant corruption.
If THEY don't trust them, and they know them, why should we trust them?

Also, back in the time my kids were infants, nothing was thought about putting babies down to sleep on their stomachs, BUT now, today the medical officials have repeatedly stated NOT to do so becauase there is a correlation to that and SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) and other children's problems. Notice every time you see the baby sleeping or in her crib, she is on her stomach. Once I even saw her head straight nose down and I wanted to reach into that tv screen and move her head to the side freeing her nose to breathe better.

So no, better than nothing but not by much at all. The baby needs to be bonding with her real family IMO.

That was why I found the contact info and why I posted it for ALL the others in the world to also contact the Bahamas trying to make sure the people of Bahama know that they had better do right this time for their island's future tourism.

188. By the way, I am not really on anyone's "Team" as I have seen Team Birkhead, etc. except maybe on the BABY's Team. I am just a mother who cares.

It is my opinion that the baby should not be around Stern or any of his cohorts. The life expectancies seem to be short . . . the drugs seem to be everywhere they are . . . bribes of all sorts and money seem the be their main interests . . . and it is not in the best interest of the baby to be raised any where near them.

Birkhead seems to be the most likely of them all and he is not talking because there is a gag order not to talk plus he wanted the baby before all of this happened. He can financially support the baby without using Anna's money (if she ever has any) since he has a career job that does not 100% depend on something to do with Anna. Yes, he has pictures and films but that IS his job since he is a photojournalist by career before he ever met Anna. If he never released a pic of Anna after this was over and his legal bills were paid, he at least could support the baby and give her a family's love without using Anna to do it.

If neither are the biological father, then give the baby to the biological family whether it is the grandmother or one of Anna's other relatives. The court hearing listed (without mentioning names) that there were other members of the family that sounded like they were probablhy stable and could afford to give her a good home including even a governmental worker and business leader of some sort (was not disclosed what type).

What I would do would be give custody immediately to Birkhead if he proves to be the father, and visitation to the other family members.

Give custody to the biological relatives if neither proves to be the biological father (or at least until the biological father can be proved).

IF there is ever any money awarded, put a small amount in a trust for Dannielynn to be the ONLY person to have access to it and only then when she is old enough, similar to what they did with Lisa Marie Pressley until she was like 30 years old. Any life insurance policies, and the trust, if anything happened to Dannielynn would immediately go to known trustworthy charities.

The rest of the bulk of the money give to a trustworthy proven licensed bonded charity organization in Anna, Daniel, and Dannielynn's names to use for children's rights, paternity rights, children's heath, safety and wellness programs, and drug education.

Have Stern find a job and go to work (assuming he is not in prison after all of this). It may not be as a lawyer because I would not be surprised at all if he doesn't lose his law license after all this. Make sure NONE of the people involved ever see or touch or have any influence over even a penny of the money.

If they care for the baby they can support her the normal way, get out and work. Give her a normal life. IMO.

The only "team" that counts is the BABY.
(plus making sure the investigations are all done right)

189. There is so much speculation and so many theories as to what happened. That yes, if we take each one, we can in fact find the right answer in our opinion. BUT we do not know everything. Alot of people think they know because of tabloids and shock tactics. We dont live in a perfect world and we have government officials, city officials etc. taking bribes every single day. We have corruption in our schools with teachers as pedifiles. To point the finger and say we live in THE perfect world is very far from the truth.
The FACTS are that the US and Bahama's differ in ways of doing things. Dannielynn is born Bohamian and is under Bohamian laws. As I said before, its going to be very very interesting to see how this week effects the many questions all of us have. IMO, I feel Dannielynn should have a loving home! I think all the potential parents in the forefront failed her on very high levels! Take it from my experience that a child does not have to BE with their biological parent or parents to be loved, brought up with emotional stability and nurtured to be a successful adult. Being this as a last resort of course! But what I have seen so far and far be it from me to pass judgement with a total solution! I am a no body in this just like the rest of you. I am interested in the court systems and what conclusion they will find at the end of the road. All any of us can hope for is that Dannielynn will be raised lovingly and never EVER hear or read all the rants on these boards! I hope if she does, that she will understand that most of us never meant to be cruel. We just wanted the very best for her!
The name calling and slurs that have gone on in these boards are truly without question, some of the worst portrayals of human kindness I have ever witnessed.

192. Dr.perper gave Pat OBrien of "Insider" a tour of the morgue. The tour was conducted the same day, that Dr. Perper came forward to state a a release of "cause of death was postponed. What are the chances the perper is in bed with the Stern bunch. The tour will be aired this week on the "Insider".

I apologize for throwing things into the blog and not being here to answer right away. I try to keep space between this and my own life! As this is just one of my interests lol
My knowlege is based on court attorney reports and common sense. I should have phrased my response to you differently and IMO .. for this I am sorry.
I am most certain if it were not factual and on the up and up. Opri would have climbed all over it by now .... don't you? She certainly does not hold back lol
Just like most here, I have no personal knowlege or involvement other than what I hope will be in the best interest of Dannielynn.
