While we certainly appreciate the interest in our Anna Nicole Smith Lost Diaries Aution from TMZ and thier readers, let me take a moment to point out a few inaccuracies in thier "Is Anna Nicole's garbage E-bay gold?" story. First off, none of the items in our auction were retrived from a garbage can. There is record that these items, including Anna Nicole's lost diaries, were obtained legitimately many years ago by a repatable memorabilia dealer in Hollywood California. None of these items were retrived from Miss Smith's home in the Bahamas, and there is no question of thier authenticity. Also, while it is correct that William Castleberry and D'Eva and Eric Redding (who were both close to Miss Smith at some point in the past) had both consigned items in our current Anna Nicole auction, neither party are "investors" in any of the items as TMZ reported in this article. And while $25,000 is the starting bid for each diary, TMZ is incorrect by stating that, that price can buy you the diaries, since each diary has an estimated value of $500,000 to $1,000,000. 84. I've got a question regarding Anna -not really close to this thread- but am wondering if anyone noticed a change in her looks in the recent ET Interviews from the Bahama's to the fight she attended in Jan 07 and also the last photo taken when she is in a coat and is walking arm & arm w/Stern at the hotel just days before she died.
In the latter two, she seems to have much larger lips and a real puffy face. Does anyone know if she had plastic surgery on her face? (I only heard about a corrective breast surgery).
Also, I hope Stern goes down for Daniels' death and possibly Anna's. I think Stern tried to marry Anna (legally -planned for Feb 23) so she wouldn't testify against him at Daniel's inquest -or- killed her so she COULDN'T testify. There is NO WAY that Daniel would of died that night IF he wouldn't of received Methadone and I'm SURE Anna wouldn't of given it to him!!! I think Daniel showed up in the hospital room and Stern wanted him quiet so Anna could sleep. Daniel wanted to stay up, eat and watch T.V., I don't think Stern wanted that so he gave him Methadone to put him to sleep BUT the mix of that with the anti-depressants ended up being a toxic and deadly combo.
I have a sneaking suspision(sp?) that Methadone may be the icing on the cake that did Anna in with all the other meds she was taking.

88. #12, I couldnt say it better myself. Larry is in this just as deep as anyone else.If he was truly a caring person, he would not have left when ANS threatened to call security. PLEASE. How hard is it to go get a nurse, or call the police? Great Point. What a poor excuse, I wonder why or if the authorities are not on to that as well.He has no business with Dannielynn.As a father, it was his responsibility to protect his child.

Even though the money he would have recieved would have gone to Dannilynn, Instead you NOW act like it's OK for people who dug through her garbage to profit from her death. What the hell? 90. I have to agree, I do not believe this was taken from garbage but recently stolen from Anna's house after her death by Ford Shelly. Look at the timing more than anything; if it had been taken long before it would have ended up on Ebay long before now. I just do not get why so many people believe Ford Shelly is credible; hasn't anyone stopped to think that perhaps the reason he took the stuff was because he wanted to make sure there was nothing left behind to show that Anna really owned the house. Now they have put the house on the market for $10,000,000 when they paid a little less then one million. No landlord, as far as I know, in any country, is allowed to go into a tenants home and take out belongings. That is called theft in any book. How sad for Anna that so many are too eager to trash her life and her memory by making mockery out of stealing; lying under oath; and all having self-serving testimony.
