16. LIKE THIS IS SOME KIND OF SURPRISE............for heaven sakes. It's so evident that these two had an inappropriate relationship. I love how all these people are her " good friends " and she knew them for a couple of months. They insult my intelligence. I didn't need the record of her cell phones calls to convince me of that.

Just like I don't need a grand jury to tell me to indite HKS for murdering Daniel. This whole thing just stinks. They are so corrupt over there in the Bahamas that we will probably never see justice. Now they are saying there was 10 times the lethal dose of methadone ( and those other drugs ) ........not the 7 times that was originally reported.

They better dig up that 1st autopsy that was done on Daniel. You know........the one that the was assigned to the case in the begining. Than when she announced her findings were " suspisious " ......they transfered her to some where else. Ciril came on board after that. Everyone knows all about his reputation. I 'd trust him ....only until my bank account ran dry. He gives findings that " you pay for "

Talk about a COVER-UP. Every Bahamain offical has their HAND OUT........and HKS is putting hush money right into it. I'm seriously starting to doubt whether justice will be served for him . At least in this life.

It is truly scary that the "news" programs take your gossip as fact and re-report it. Then again this blog is a corporate piece of trash run by AOL/Timewarner, so since they own CNN...well that says it all.

20. hmm.. I felt bad for Mr Gibson at first b/c I think those pictures were innocent... but then I think of how they were trying to cheat the system... and fast track her residency. Big no-no. I sure as hell know I wouldn't be getting that special treatment.

Anywho, as for the AIDS comment, thats how rumors get started. Give us a reference so we know if that information is actually credible. Lets not believe everything we hear.

As for the paternity tests-- HKS has not been ordered to do anything and he is obviously not willing to give his own DNA or the babys.. (I wonder why). I believe the reason ANS' DNA is still a factor is for Birkheads side (the entire bait-and-switch theory).

I think there is hope that this child could be normal (when I say normal..I mean as normal as you and I are). Nobody is perfect, so I hope that if she has any kind of problem when she's older, she is not treated like her mom was. I hope that who ever gets custody of her protects her and shields her from all the negativity of the media. Hopefully.

21. It looks like Anna Nicole Smith managed to mess up the lives of everyone close to her. She has many men claiming to be the baby's father. This means she had unprotected sex with many men. I guess I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't have many sexually transmitted diseases. I hope the poor baby doesn't have nay of them.

Oh yeah, took drugs throughout her pregnancy. What effect did that have on the developing baby? It may take years to find out.

The huge mess that she left behind is all because of the things she did. She exposed her son to methodone. Now he is dead, and buried in a foreign country.

She married an old codger for his money. Lawsuits lasting for a decade so far! She is dead, Pierce Marshall is dead, neither got to enjoy the inheritance.

Her mom tried to get her to quit taking drugs. Che cut mom out of her life and lied about why.

Larry Birkhead tried to get her off drugs and she cut him out of the picture.

She ran to another country to hide the baby from her daddy. Now she is dead and poor baby is stuck in a foreign country and doesn't know who daddy is, living in a house with an unrelated male and about to be evicted. Poor baby.

All of this because she was selfish, and always got what she wanted, no matter who she hurt..

24. There is something I don't get.
The voice mail says , "yesterday" according to TMZ those messages are from septermber, in order to retreive it in this way someone heard the messages and recorded them December 18 ??????????
Who recorded them it is not Anna, those are not saved messages .
Someone had the password of her voice mail and was able remotedly listen and record messages ???????????

28. So What???? A friend was calling her after midnight.... BIG DEAL!! He had been trying to get in touch with her for a couple of days. There is nothing in those messages to indicate there was anything going on and Lenn K why does HKS always gets the blame for everything ANS did are said , it is always his fault! Now Playing with Fire has it figured out that she has aids. Maybe you can gat a job at the medical examiners office.

29. HKS is a murderer alright. If I've said it once I've said it 100 times. Just because they can't gather the proper evidence does not make him AN INNOCENT MAN. He truly does sicken me.. WHen I look at him I feel myself start to throw up a little in my mouth. He is the most revolting thing . I would rather look at Mudesa.

I know he killed Daniel. He knows he did too. With the Inquest looming closer and closer he must have felt an urgentcy to " get rid of Anna ". Too many witnesses at the Hospital heard her scream ' You did this...it's all your fault. " ( she wasn't talking to Daniel.......he was dead )

I would love to hear some answers. Like how Daniel gave himself 10 times the lethal dose of ALL THOSE DRUGS.....without DYING 1st !!!! WTF is that ??? That isn't even humanly possible. Somebody really wanted to "MAKE SURE " that Daniel died. Looks like they did.

We know it wasn't Anna........as messed up as she was....She did love her son. NO......it was HKS. Just as sure as I am here typing this blog. HKS murdered that boy. I pray that his soul haunts HKS for the rest of his miserable life.
