47. It's called "chain of custody" not "chain of command". Trust me it was done correctly. Shelly is the owner of the home and went in to secure property. The property was than turned over to the police. US officials couldn't do it on Bahamian soil. But the owner of the home could. Everything he did was right and proper.

49. Is there any man she didn't sleep with to get what she wanted? Her little girl is better off without her. She would have been a horrendous role model and the child would have probably wound up messed up and on drugs just like her half-brother Daniel who died. If any child should be placed in a loving home with a stable couple unable to have children of their own little Danielynn should be! Neither Stern or Birkhead can provide a loving, stable, healthy environment. A two parent couple who are not in the entertainment business and not related to ANS's white trash trailer park relatives should get her!

Don't know if Shelley was in Ca in Dec. Who said? How do you know Shelley took it where is that info?
And if in fact he did which I doubt there is no proof, it would all be for HKS to have and he would probably bury all this info to his advantage.

These messages were recorded onto another format in December around the 17th or 18th, 2006 (way before she died) because the recording says, "recieved yesterday at ............."

Explain, away, TMZ.... this is very, very interesting. Ford hadn't stolen anything yet.

I just can't believe Shelley is getting away with this. Any idea why Stern's team hasn't been able to stop it? Why haven't they executed a search warrant on Shelley's property to recover this stuff? I just don't get this.

57. AIDS! I never thought about that. I just hope Dannielynn is healthy. I googled Topamax and the info. I got was that it's used for seizures and migraines. Dilaudid is a painkiller. I was given that when I had a c-section. Methadone I think, is still mainly used in clinics for heroin withdrawl. Each of these meds. all have something to do with pain. Dr. Perper did say something to the effect of surprising findings in the autopsy report. The only thing that sounds strange is painkillers and pneumonia. I think painkillers would be avoided in that case because they're generally a breathing supressant. The speculations are interesting.
Still, Dannielynn....poor little girl.
