63. One of the messages definitely says received "yesterday"...it really seems to me that that criminal Shelley would have had to be remotely accessing her cell phone messages to record these...I can't believe this...Shelley the stalker???

64. dd...you are an idiot...the property was taken illegally, not taken to the police at all...it was flown out of hte country, kept for days, tampered with, copied, sold, then handed to police 4 days later. But it will still be admissible against Shelley, which is all they need it for anyhow.

65. The only people who have something to gain by leaking this information is the Shelley's because they want the house back. Why would Howard sell this tape? This is getting very, very creppy. I wonder if they might have something to do with Daniels death?

67. d...the Shelleys are crazy...he clearly thinks he can get away with anything. For days I've been pointing out why I'm so suspicous of them, now I really think they are involved in the deaths. I wish the police would arrest him for the break and enter, and execute a warrant on his home. This is not his property, it is stolen...this is nuts.

68. Me: The Florida police picked the property up from South Carolina police. They got it just before Howard asked to get it. Now the Florida police have her computer. I am sure they will thoroughly investigate what is on the computer.

69. Oh, I forgot to add: I agree that many islands and countries will do favors for money, gifts etc. My own experience in the Bahamas was strange. We docked for just a few hours and did some shopping then, went to a casino/bar. The people working there did not seem happy to have tourists. They also kept trying to give us change in Carribean money not, American money. This was a long time ago, too. Shane Gibson probably stepped down to avoid a demand from the Bahamian's on a inquest, firing or something else. There's been rumor to Stern giving Gibson case and a Rolex. As for Ford Shelley: he did mention removing things from his father in law's house the day after Anna died because she'd want him to protect certain things. He said that some of these things were turned over to the police in Florida by him, too. The Shelley's weren't at the funeral but, Gina told Greta Van Susteren that they faxed notes to Birkhead to place in her coffin for them. Wonder what Ford turned over to the PD?

Ford Shelly was an unbelievable friend to Anna & Howard - Howard K Stern & Anna did Ford & Gina Shelly [and her father] G. Ben Thompson wrong!!

After they got them a place over there - and by the way - Howard, Daniel and Anna spent a week at Ford & Gina's house in South Carolina for Christmas 2006 - you can see the interview & tour of their home foxnews.com - Greta -

Anna & Howard refused to sign the loan papers for the house after they moved in - Anna said they gave it to her - it was a gift - and HKS or Anna never made one payment or paid rent the there - HOWARD K STERN LIVES IN THE HOUSE NOW.

Howard tried to broker a deal with Birkhead & Ford Shelly in the Bahamas - in the same room together - HKS would not allow lawyers in the room - but Birkhead & Shelly would not deal with Howard K Stern - how could they?

First of all, Anna had to buy Howard shoes when he needed them, HKS's parents have been giving him money - but Ford Shelly, G. Ben Thompson & Gina loved Anna & they have to put up with Howard now.

It is Ford's little girl in the 'clown video" who Howard K Stern refers to when he says to Anna "Rilley thinks your crazy" Anna says "huh?" HKS says "Riley thinks your crazy" -

When Ford Shelly testified under oath about taking the things out of the house he owns - because Anna told him if anything ever happens to her to get the stuff out - Ford took it to the South Carolina police department - Ford Shelly looked Howard K Stern in the eye and told him he would never forgive him for not allowing Riley to call her daddy - she was afraid - she was scared and HKS would not call Ford or allow the little girl to call Ford...

HKS may be as innnocent as the day is long - but I have no respect for a man who video tapes his 'lover' and asks her if she's on a "mushroom trip" as he mocks her - then tells her the video will make some money.

Those messages had to been recorded on a machine Dec18 as the last message says "yesterday"
There are only 2 possibilites
1- HKS recorded them to use them against Shane when needed.
2- Shelley had her password and was recording remothedly
what other suggestions do you have.
And Why Anna was not answering fo 3 consecutive days, where was Anna Dec 15 to 17
Is it when she was hospitalized, was she in lala land unable to answer phone??????

75. #61 Admissible in what jurisdiction? And what US court is going to prosecute him? The Bahamian police can't do a thing either until after the 14th. The house will be returned to Shelly and the matter dropped. The Shellys are major investor's in the Bahamas. The Bahamas will loose much business investment $ from US investors. Who cares about potential tourism dollars from slurpee drinking tourists! Not to mention when this Marshall thing goes to court no US Judge or Jury is going to let half a billion dollars leave this country. Do you really think Stern is going to get squat from a US court if he has custody of a child in the Bahamas. It is all for the money! Who's the idiot?
