81. So if these phone calls were from December ("yesterday") while she was in LA, then who originally recorded them then, while she was still alive? Creepy stuff. Maybe someone in the Bahamas was recording from Shane's end-this would have been after Daniel died...

82. Me.. I must agree with you on this. It scares me to think someone could break into my home, steal private recordings and paperwork and sell them to the tabloids. If this could happen to Anna could it happen to all of us. The police should get involved here. It is only a matter of time until TMZ has her journals on this site. I hope that does not happen.

83. Hi Me -- I must have missed that post. I gave up those other threads. Nothing but whackos posting. Whackos tend to fear mulitple people talking sense. Its pretty common for them to accuse one person of posting in multiple identities. They fear our numbers.

There are two parts to getting control on all of this--civil and criminal. A civil action results in monetary damages and eventually a return of property but that takes time. In conjunction with Stern's B&E and theft police report, he can request return of his stolen property. Shelley eventually turned over some to that police department. But he didn't turn all of it over. Stern has to try to determine which property is where. And now we have Perper who is suppose to receive the laptop and whatever else. Technically the police can not just turn it over to Perper. That's why Perper said he would have to supeona it. I also read that those cops didn't review anything that was turned into them.

The real problem is -- all this stuff is stolen. None of it will ever be introduced in any court. Perper and the police dept are trying to figure out legally how they can legally examine it. This has been tried before and it will fail. Appellate courts have ruled on this already. Stolen property by private citizens can not be used by cops or in a trial.

Meanwhile, I have read that Stern's lawyers have requested the stuff from the police. The cops are stalling trying to figure out if they can make good with this stolen stuff. So Stern is being delayed getting it back.

Meanwhile, Shelley either made copies of everything or didn't turn it all over. We know for a fact that it was at Shelley's insistence that Perper check out the laptop and this other thing. How the hell does a laptop help a ME determine cause of death? Doesn't make sense.

Although we all know that it is Shelley who is leaking everything and he admitted to the clown tape with Greta, etc...these new voice messages...Stern has to prove that Shelley is the one who turned them over to TMZ. There is always a possibility that a cop did...not likely. So paperwork will go to TMZ...time is pissed away...and then Stern can take legal action.

What is interesting is that someone, like Shelley, is working very hard at trying to smear Gibson and Stern. All this spinning and selective leaking is classic. Also Opri style. They are trying to convince the general public that Gibson, Anna and Stern did wrong things. If they really had facts, evidence and the law to support them, they would fight it out in a court room. This is what people do when they don't have the facts, evidence and law on their side.

Another wrinkle...some of this stuff Stern can proceed on in his own name...some other stuff he has to be the appointed Executor which means the will has to be admitted into some court.

It is just getting more and more obvious to me that this smear campaign is being done because someone can't win in a court room and feels this is their only hope. Plus this Gibson bs can play into an attempt of pressure on the Bahamain govt.

I do hope that Sterns lawyers are moving as quick as possible as this is totally out of control.

Reali-Tee...if that's what he wanted the property for mate, he would have acted like a normal person, gone to the police, tell them what he thought was in there, have them determine if there was enough evidence for them to obtain a search warrant, allow a magistrate to determine that application etc. If he genuinely believed Anna was killed by Howard, there is no way he would have tampered with the evidence.

God had to guide Ford Shelly to immediately gather Anna's things....because in the midst of everything (all that was obtained) will probably be what Howard Killer Stern, Kapoor, Rale, Gibbons and the rest of the crew to justice...and save Danielynn's life.
