92. I agree with #10 it's not about Anna Nicole Smith anymore. Who cares what she did? And who are we to judge anyone when Howard K. Stern could of had her so drugged up that she didn't know what she was doing and he could of used her to benefit. How do we know he didn't prositute her out. Look at the tape where she was a clown and how Howard K. Stern was making fun of her. She is gone now and hope she is resting in peace with her son. People need to stop being so selfish and thing about that beautiful baby. Take the DNA Test and get it over with. The money that Dannilynn is entitled to should be put into a Trust Fund until she is in her 20's.

98. Uhhh...I think when you try to figure out who recorded them, you've got to keep in mind who has been leaking information to this site, and it is obviously the Shelley's that have leaked almost everything, we've seen videos, prescriptions pictures etc.
If you search the TMZ archives you will also see they were leaking Anna Nicole info many months before she died...TMZ has a bunch of their lawyers letters about horizons posted on the site, and they only could have got those from Shelley, as they couldn't give them to tMZ themselves becasue of attorney/client privilege.

101. According to Ford Shelley, Anna Nicole said that if anything happened to her, he should get her computer and other things out of the house, which is what he did. So what if he snooped through everything for a few days before turning it over to the cops? I would have too.

If he tampered with anything, they'll know it. I personally don't think he's smart enough to know how to REALLY delete something from a computer or modify it without leaving a trace. I doubt he's done anything wrong in this big mess other than present ANS with a way to keep her daughter from its natural father without a damn good reason. But as for him doing anything criminal before handing the stuff over to the cops, it was probably just him taking the much-needed time to go through another person's personal computer. Big frickin' deal.

What I want to know is, WHO recorded this and what's on that computer that's so damn interesting.

102. Anna Nicole probably had her cell phone service from California but continued to use it in the Bahamas. Without any income she probably would not be "credit worthy" to apply for a new cell phone service in the Bahamas. Therefore, all calls from the Bahamas to ANS cell phone would be considered long distance in the time zone of her service (even if the call was made from across the street)

Most likely scenario is that it was left at the Hard Rock where she died!

103. People, we have only seen the "tip of the iceberg" when it comes to information that Shelly has obtained from the items that he took from the house. As more and more unfold, I am anxious to see the excuses that people will use to defend Howard. Poor thing cries out for sympathy saying that things taken from the house belong to Dannielynn. I just wonder when he planned to present Dannielynn with the clown video, first Christmas video or pictures of her mother embracing Shane Gibson. Thank goodness, these things have been made public to show the integrity of these two men. It is not enough to convince some of you, but never fear....there is more to come. Howard justifies his actions by "that is what Anna would have wanted." Personally, I think Ford Shelly did exactly what "Anna would have wanted." She was a victim and she knew it before she ever died.

Actually NO. The "legal way" is what HKS was hoping for..remember, he is an attorney?
I'll spell this out for you in terms even you can understand (hopefully)... Ford knows this, of course, and pulled a fast one on ol' HKS..It would have taken WAY TOO LONG TO GET A SERCH WARRENT and given Howard the time he was counting on after Anna's death to manipulate any incriminating evidence.
THINK ..if only for a second..instead of insuluting intelligence.
