The only DNA Birkhead needs is Dannielynn's. They already have Anna's.

39. Larry Birkhead actions are looking like someone who is also after his 15 mins here. My own personal observations, if Dannielynn's wellbeing is truly Birkhead's priority he would not make his custody battle such a major publicity showcase. Do it in private Larry, so your supposedly child wont have to read her history in the tabloids. Also, if you are not after publicity, why in God's name are you acting like a celebrity...lunching at the IVY (where I hear celebrities go to be seen) and all this hoopla with your attorney. Sorry for me, Larry Birkhead may be fooling a lot of people, but I feel in my heart that he is truly not sincere. This for him is not about Dannielynn but about...LARRY BIRKHEAD'S FAME

Its pretty sad that even Daniel had to hire a privite investigator just before he died because of "suspicious behavior" from Howard and how he was scared of him and thought he was being a bad influence to his mom. If the Bahamas were smart they would talk to this guy that Daniel hired and ask him what all Daniel and him spoke about because if Daniel felt this way for being around him as long as Anna had then obviously Dannielynn shouldnt be with him until they get the DNA results. Howard wants what "anna would have wanted" but when he did all the talking for her she didnt know what she wanted. Howard doesnt have any money and is living in a home that isnt his or Anna's. He needs to do the right thing for this babys sake...

45. After listening to the tv talk lately, I'm thinking Larry may have to agree to move to the Bahamas in order to get the baby. I heard speculation that the govt. there will want her to stay there. (Think about the TAX money on her potential inheritance for the country). She may just get made a ward of the state or something.
