Birkhead Shops for Dannielynn!

Larry Birkhead went on a shopping spree to decorate 6-month-old Dannielynn's nursery yesterday.

After leaving court, Larry had lunch at The Ivy on Robertson Blvd., but instead of hitting up the celebrity retail haunt Kitson, located up the street from the eatery, Birkhead shopped at Babies "R" Us -- in Van Nuys!

TMZ has learned that Larry purchased tons of pink clothes, toys and baby supplies at Babies "R" Us, then went to a nearby baby furniture store where he picked up an antique white baby crib, changing table, white furniture and baby gates.

While a hearing in the Bahamas is scheduled in the next few days, it looks like Larry believes he's got a lock on Dannielynn's paternity.

47. Why do you stop off at the hottest place to eat lunch and have your picture taken b/f you go buy baby stuff in another city ? Maybe so that you can get all the paps to watch you ?
He just wanted to be in the news for buying baby stuff for what is probably his baby (money ticket) , He should wait til the custody battle is closer to at least gettig started in another country .....I dont know how much paternty weighs in the bahamas but howard better pack his lunch

50. Whats really sad is we are still waiting on the DNA swab that would tell all the world if Larry is the daddy or not. Instead we have a man purporting to be a father holding the baby out for NEGOTIATIONS before any DNA will be taken and his lawyers insist he is really wanting to solve the riddle and do the DNA. Watching Ron Rale last night was disgusting because it becomes evident the only reason the DNA isn't getting done is that Howard wants to keep his hands in the money jar and needs a negotiaiton to maintain his role in the finanacial side to even consider the actual paternity. Its a simple matter do the DNA and do the baby the decency to know who her REAL father is. Going by a birth certificate doesn't cut it, she could have listed George W. Bush on that if she really wanted but that wouldn't make him the biological father any more than anyone else.

Um, how about the beaches, the sunshine, the rest and relaxation? Just to name a few things? People go to the Bahamas for a nice vacation. It's a major tourism locale and has been well before Anna Nicole showed up and got buried there.

I like Greta too but she is way off base on this one - this is not the same as Aruba and the Natalee Holloway case.
