18. I sure hope they find evidence independent of anything that may have been in the Bahamas Horizon's house. (i.e. the alleged breakin) Otherwise, I think they will say that things were planted or tampered with by Ford Shelley...

I think Stern knew his goose was goine to be cooked at the inquest looking into Daniel's death. Just hypothesizing... But he may have thought if she heard some of the evidence...then he would have been on the outs with her.. So he kept her doped up and tried to make it look like she committed suicide..

I like what someone wrote earlier about that theory... Would have been stupid to come to Florida, with a 105 fever, to buy a boat, to commit suicide, and then want to go back to the Bahamas to be buried with her son. I think the fever thing was phony.. Stern made it sound like she was happy to be buying the boat.. and they were going to redecorate it, going to buy an engagement ring and get married in a couple weeks.. All the while deeply depressed... Sure,... right.... I think it was Anna's attorney and Stern's friend is the one who came out the day she died saying she had had a fever.. That whole story never made sense... Coincidentally, Ron Rale's name is in the will as co executor !

It was a stinky will... and you'd think a couple of lawyers could at least draw up a decent will. I hear the original still hasn't been located. So it can't be probated. Or so I hear.

What about that Harvey? What will happen if they can't locate the original copy of the will?

20. If Howard K Stern is completely innocent, as I suspect, then Dr. Perper had BETTER come out soon and make a statement to exonerate Stern. I can't imagine how this man must be feeling with the ALL the MEDIA castigating him and convicting him. It seems to me that we ought to put a GAG ORDER on the media here in the USA. It has gotten completely out of hand.

As a Coroner Secretary, I have typed countless prescription drug overdoses or drug combinations that lead to death, and in almost 10 years I have NOT ONCE EVER had a Homicide as the "manner of death". Why don't these banal Media interviewers like the Nancy Grace show, etc. at least ask these kinds of questions. The REALITY is that noone made Anna Nicole call a Doctor, and noone made her get prescription drugs, and noone made her take them, and noone made her take more than the prescribed doses. ONLY ANNA NICOLE did this.

From reading countless overdose investigations, unfortunately, most are either "Accidental" or "Undetermined". And, they are only "Undetermined" when we don't have a suicide note. That's it. There has NEVER been a case I've done that has been a "Homicide", NEVER. So, it is with great distress that I see the Media inflaming the gullible public via pure speculation with not one shred of concrete evidence. But, they are so cavalier in their senseless diatribe and have no concience at all when it comes to tarnishing the reputation of a human being--Mr. Howard K. Stern. It gravely concerns me that this world we live in now has been reduced to this level. I am very saddened about what has happened. What have we become? What HAVE we become? Such mercilous souls.

26. I'm sitting here scratching my head trying to decipher why I really give a f*** about any of this. This poor woman is dead, the son she loved is dead, her baby daddy is unknown, she has a motherless six month old child, and everyone around her is either a suspect in her death or seems to be positioning themselves to figure out how to make a buck off of her corpse.

I'm sure O.J. Simpson has to be involved somehow. Doesn't he live in Florida now?

The smell that Howard K Stern has been as the scene of both the deaths of Anna and Daniel the story just gets hotter by the day. I hope the police don't drop the ball on this investigation.

28. Is anyone wondering, as I am why none of the media has asked Stern's lawyers to comment on the clown video---and the Christmas video? I certainly hope if this gets as far as court for custody--those videos are played for the judge that will determine who raises Dannielynn...Howard Stern is obviously not fit. He abused Anna on those videos...whether she was willing or not, as a loving father (cough), he should have been protecting Anna and the baby, not abusing them. BUT, if he had forced Anna to get off drugs, she would have kicked HIM to the curb just like she did the other people in her life that would not enable her. Notice, all the people around her benefitted monetarily..and now that Stern is about to be exposed ,Anna's other confidantes have either stopped talking (Moe needs a rest) or started to sing a new tune.....because the Stern cash cow is on it's way out for them. Shame on him (Stern)for not allowing the baby he claims to love, to know her biological family....whoever it may be.

30. ha! love it! "peaked"! Common mistake though really guys. On the subject matter, I know it is no reason to "suspect" someone but Howard Stern looks soooooooo cold and reptilian (did I spell that right?). I mean, his eyes look like Ted Bundy's eyes! That video of him on the plan "grieving"....creeeeeeppppyyyy! I just sayin'...the guy looks cold and nasty and guilty...could mean nothing but I'm betting he IS cold and nasty and guilty.
