48. I feel that Moe was told to do as many shows as he could giving HS credibility, until he realized he could be the fall guy for him. I also feel if the Florida Judge had done the right thing in the first place by giving the baby to Virgie, who was the only next of kin, like Florida Law states, we would not have had such a circus. I think the judge should be off the bench and want the baby to go to Virgie and both bodies exhumed and taken to Texas. This would have been the right thing to do.

49. I thought this from the beginning. Howard wanted her to the Bahamas, making sure she had all the drugs.....hmmmm Daniels death, buying of the plots, making sure his name was on the birth certificate, taking Anna to Florida to buy a yacht and papers were signed, with Anna being so deathly ill with pneumonia, makes lots of sense for Stern. With Anna's death, he had the baby, yacht and thought he might have all the estate from Marshalls death, plus the home in the Bahamas that belonged to someone else. He had it made in the shade had it all gone thru, but he wasn't so smart. I hope he gets just what he asked for.

50. #19 John - I agree with your assessments 100%. Stern is being railroaded in the media and his name sullied irreparably.

People like John O'Quinn initiate rumors such as the seven life insurance policies, and that Birkhead has a child that he refused to do paternity testing for. He is on the attack, his enemies are Stern and Birkhead. Mispronouncing Birkhead's name was an intentional show that this man is not important. He is aiming for the Marshall estate - he wouldn't give Virgie Arthur the time of day otherwise. Larry and Howard shood have stood together - this will be the biggest mistake of Larry Birkhead's like, listening to DebbieOpri and shunning Stern.

The solid proof that we know about is that Kapoor shipped methadone to Anna under a false identity and to a foreign country, not to mention not seeing her in person to analyzde her health. Along with his public statement of admission that he prescribed methadone for Anna & that is an accepted practice to give methadone to pregnant women, he is going to be on the hook for her death. In my opinion.

54. TMZ told us it was the computer that Ford Shelley had. Now wasn't TMZ the first that has posted all of the things Shelley has sold? How can it suddenly be what was in the hotel room?
But, fwiw, I always thought Moe's wife should have been checking on Anna more than she did and why didn't SHE call 911. I have never suspected Howard, but I have wondered about Moe and his wife. Maybe the security tape showed they left the room together when the wife should have been with Anna.

58. I sincerely hope that the Broward County prosecutor's office is seriously looking into the death of Anna. There needs to be an investigation RIGHT NOW.

Since the Seminole police force is on Indian territory and I'm presuming the hotel that Anna stayed in is as well, hopefully that doesn't complicate matters any further.

Perhaps the Bahamian gov't. has gotten the message that many Americans are not pleased with all the underhanded things that appears to have been going on. They need to quit playing games and dragging their feet and demand that Howard turn over Danielynn for a DNA test.

The social services should also take the baby away from Howard ASAP! The baby needs to be in a completely safe and loving environment.

With all the problems that Howard is facing and will continue to face (seems like is problems are just beginning), the baby's needs and care will not be foremost on his mind.

Besides, there could be a dark and evil side to him that is scary and disturbing.

Danielynn needs to be as far away from Howard as possible before it's too late.

59. 31. Ok how many times does the AP have to correct the stories of the newspapers out there with the "real facts"...? THERE is NO homicide investigation; there is NO suspicion of foul play... What Dr. Perper is saying he is doing is being very thorough because of conspiracy theorists like TMZ, the NE, and AH....
Try letting your fingers do the walking and look at CNN's interview with Dr. Perper.

Instead of just being gullible try doing some real hunting for the truth...

well rose YOU are the one that is GULLABLE.......you have no idea what they have so you yourself have ' no REAL facts' you can bet they are looking at all possible scenarios including possible homicide... in both daniels death as well as anna's ... Perper i am sure already knows what caused her death......what may change is the MANNER of death.....the computer they are currently speaking of is one that was in the HOTEL room that she died in...not the ones that she told Ford SHelley to get...although i am sure three is a lot on those too. there IS suspicion of foul play..now whether that turns out to be true or not we'll see. Dr Perper didnt not say a damn thing about TMZ he said he was CONTACTED BY SEMINOLE POLICE and asked to delay release because of new evidence there is a lot of smoke here..thats OBVIOUS to everyone EXCEPT you it seems......and where there is smoke there is probably fire
