I agree with you totally! Sometimes you wonder when is it ok to obey the law and when isn't it. The law in Florida stated the "next of Kin" had it not been for all the players in this case maybe the law would've been followed. The baby rightfully needs to know her grandparents and family on both sides, mother and father's side and not grow up with strangers, nannys and drug addicts. Where is the justice for this little girl?

1226. I have heard that the computer was being checked re: prescriptions and emails between Anna and Dr's. Regarding what someone said about demerol being injecte? Dr. Perper has said more than once, that there were NO INJECTION SITES on Anna Nicole's body. It was also reported that the demerol that was ordered was in PILL form. So you have to wonder about that. Also, if anyone remembers, if Anna had died 6 hours before it was REPORTED that she died, her body would have been in SIGNIFICANT rigor mortis. From the video that was shown of the EMTs working on her, that did NOT appear to be the case.

1228. Just a theory...according to FS's attorney who was just on Geraldo, Anna requested of Ford (3 days before she died) that if anything ever happened to her to get her computers. Now, is it possible Howard and Anna had some kind of falling out and in her drug addled mind she thought he was trying to kill her and so that is why she spoke to Ford Shelley about the computers??? I continue to believe that HKS is deeply involved in her death and I hope that what we, the public, perceive as a slow investigation is really just making sure they have all of their ducks in a row before bringing charges against the whole "gang".

1229. Hooray!! They are finally looking at the additional evidence. I hope they get the court orders to look at the computers/hard drives/diaries that Ford Shelley turned over to the Horry County Sheriff's dept. There may be more evidence going way back of what was going on. Hope they have land line phone records/cell phone records also. I wonder who Howie was talking to in the hotel lobby when he left the nurse Taz alone with Anna to discover her death. I wonder if he was talking to Khristina Eroshevich during that time. Also, was Howie alone with Anna Nicole in the hotel room when Mo and his wife Taz went to the airport to pick up guests? If so, how long was he alone with her and did he make any calls to Khristina Eroshevich during that time. I wonder if Anna Nicole was already dead when Howard was with her. That may be why he left her alone and came down the elevator to the lobby as Moe and Taz were arriving back from the airport. Why was it reported that Anna Nicole was covered up and tucked in neatly before Taz took over to follow HKS orders to "keep and eye on her" when he left to take care of the yacht purchase and sailing plans. Taz reported on ET that Anna was covered up and she couldn't see her face that well. HMMMM. I think the homicide investigators need to look at all the film footage that Entertainment tonight took of all these people and what they reported including the yacht manager, Todd Smith. The timeline of events is critical to clinical time of death. I remember Khristina Eroshevich telling ET that she talked with Anna Nicole the morning of her death and that Anna had eaten an omelet breakfast, her fever was down, and she was doing better. I wonder now if Khristina was talking to Howard K. Stern at that time frame of the phone call and Anna was already dead. Eroshevich also said in several different interviews that it would not be unlikely if Anna committed suicide due to her depression over the death of Daniel. The scenario was already being played out in the press for the public to think this was a suicide which it doesn't look like it now. Even Bonnie Stern said that Anna could have died from a "broken heart". She was broken alright. Broken in spirit and drugged. Howard said in his eulogy that only he and Anna knew the real truth. He was right. He and Anna both knew that he was the one who killed Daniel. No one else knew about that. Khristina Eroshevich was not there when Daniel died. Khristina Eroshevich stated to ET that Anna did not like being away in FL and not having Dannielynn with her. Anna was not thinking of suicide, she was thinking about being with her child and she was afraid of being alone with Howard K. Stern. That is why she didn't want Khristina Eroshevich to leave the hotel the day before she died. She wanted someone who had medical experience to be there in case some foul play occurred. I hope someone is keeping an eye on that yacht in the Bahamas. If HKS decides to flee, he may do it on the yacht. The puzzle pieces are all falling into place now. Get the baby away from him and any people he associates with in the Bahamas. Get him arrested ASAP. He could have been arrested a long time ago for in utero child endangerment with the clown video of Anna drugged when she was pregnant. The other charges from the investigation can follow. He should be disbarred and imprisoned.

1230. I do think this will be another O.J. case. HKS not guilty he has ANS money "from her death" to pay his way out. Just like O.J. 2 deaths and money. And he runs to FL. and still lives like a king. I just pray that baby Dannylynn SMITH will soon be back in US and with someone who will give her a good lifeand that she is checked out well and hope she doesn't have any damage in later years from the many drugs her Mom was taking while before Dannylynn was born. May God watch over you Dannylynn and keep you safe until you can be back in the USA with someone that can keep you safe and away from drugs.
