Who needs human friends when you can lunch with your tiny, yappy dog -- through a window?

Mischa Barton had her midday repast at Tribeca's Bread yesterday, and made sure to heed what appears to be, at least from the back, a miniaturized version of Charo.

(Note to self: Do not drink out of the water goblets at Bread.)

5. What is her problem? This is like the third photo we have seen where she is leaving her dog anywhere she pleases. She almost forgot it once last week.

Mischa: we're happy you got yourself a wee pal. Now, leave it in the comfort of your home where it can wander freely.

Dogs do not deserve to be tethered up any time you feel the need to feed your pie-hole.

8. In France, a highly civilized country, dogs are allowed into restaurants. They sleep under the table while their masters and mistresses are eating. If you do not have the pleasure of living in France, do leave your dogs at home.

11. This sweet pup looks just like my 2 year old pup. I got her (Rosie) from a rescue mission so its kinda nice to know what type of pup she may be.

14. It's not whether they wash their glasses after a dog has used it, it's that appearances are everything, especially at upscale restaurants. Not everyone will be impressed by canine cleanliness.
