61. tmz...what lousy "reporting". 1) according to all other publications, the child's new middle name, thien, means sky in vietnamese...not good or kind. 2) again, EVERY OTHER publication notes the fact that angelina jolie started filing adoption papers shortly after shiloh was born. that was last may...certainly more than a week ago. 3) the process was not fast-tracked because she "bought" the child or because she is famous. his paperwork was near completion PRIOR to angelina filing for adoption. because of his age and the fact that the paperwork was near completion, the remaining part of the process didn't need much time. 4) she filed as a single parent because vietnamese law does not allow unmarried couples to adopt. 5) brad was not present because he is filming and taking care of the two girls. it is a given that once here, pax thien will be formally adopted by pitt. 6) it is very common, if not the norm, to give one's adopted baby or young child a new name. 7) visiting refugee or amputee camps is no glamour gig. jolie travels commercially, paying her own way, with no entourage. 8) there have been many published pictures of all three children together. i've seen some great ones of maddox with shiloh on his lap and beautiful little zahara holding her sister's hand. 9) all you nay-sayers have got to get a life. 10) tmz...shame on you for fomenting such a hateful atmosphere. a pox on you all (9 and 10)

It is great that someone has the money to adopt children of all races from other countries and they are in need as well as other children, BUT, there are a heck of a lot of children in the United States that are this child's age that would like a home too. I think these celebs adopt thes children from other countries because it is quick and easy.
as usual, it seems like we take care of everyone else outside of the US than focusing on our children here. I am happy for the child, but she disgusts me because it is all an attention getter for her. What is happening to this world!!!!!!

63. For all those that are negative and quick to say "she should adopt the kids from the USA", congratulations on showing us how ignorant you are. YOU shouldn't be the one to judge especially if you AREN'T adopting. Quit having so many babies in the US if you are so concerned.

66. this kinda feels to me like the new little puppy fad. One star got one now it's the whole rage. Jessica Simpson now wants one... (baby)
I'm not begrudging her for adopting but there are LOTS of kids in the states that would also like to be adopted. It's all about how much money you have and what you can buy with it. What about all the other people wanting to adopt and the red tape they need to go thru. Enough money can buy you anything nowadays even children.
I had mine the old fashioned way...

67. What is wrong w/ you people? He is a very fortunate child not b/c he is being adopted by an A-list Hollywood couple but b/c he has a chance at a better life. Whether or not you like Brangelina, give credit where credit is due - I think it's great they're adopting. Also, I'd much rather they donate $2million to an *orphange* than spend it frivalously on planes, boats, designer clothes, etc on themselves like most celebrities do.

And finally . . . the reason a *lot* of ppl choose to adopt overseas (as opposed to the U.S) is b/c the U.S. has so many laws allowing the biological parents to have rights *overriding* the adoptive parents' rights. Overseas adoptions are much more clear cut.

So, stop judging and give these guys a break!!

As for Ms. Jolie having a nose job, I don't know about that. I've seen pictures of her from she was a small child and to me she was always beautiful.
Look at photos of Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Anniston from twelve years ago and you'll see what nose jobs/cheek implants look like.

As for her body; yeah she a bit skinny, she was most stunning after giving birth to Shiloh. By the way (those lips, those eyes, that body (was directed at AJ's current other half the delectable Brad Pitt).

I feel sorry for you Shittaker. I bet you were never in the IN crowd, you were never a cheerleader, or captain of the team in gym class. I bet you never on the VIP list of any clubs, I bet you'd have to stand in line with all the other undesirables. That would explain your anger and your choice of a name......

If there isn't too much bureaucratic red tape the $2 million will help the remaining children the oprhanage.

69. I wouldn't feel right about changing the name of a 3 year old dog that I adopted from the pound. Changing the name of a child who is old enough to speak is imo a bit egotistical and just plain unnecessary. I agree with the posters who say she has an addictive personality and her new addiction is collecting babies. As far as Mad needing a sibling of his own heritage....isn't that the point of a blended family - to enjoy and appreciate each other's differences?

70. I really don't get why this upsets people. I think what she's doing is great (actually, they). I'm not doing absolutly nothing to make the world a better place, I'm not helping anybody, I can't adopt a child from my or any other country. It's good to know that there's people out there who have the means and the will to help others, without caring about if you and me think it's publicity or not. And I definetly don't care if she's donating money to get the kids faster, I can assure you the kids are better in a home than in a third world orphanage.

73. If a woman (Angelina) can't keep a man (Brad), a baby sure cannot do it for her. Some of you are so ridiculous thinking Shiloh was born to keep Brad. There are men and women that have a dozen children and still leave their spouses---that' ridiculous. Brad Pitt is exactly where he wants to be--with Angelina!
